32yr old gym mama looking to feel feminine

WORTH IT
I am a mother of 2, 5'3, 120lbs and currently a 34A. I have spent a lot of my time since having kids doing crossfit and competing in different strength competitions. The combination of breastfeeding and working out has left me with very small and asymmetrical breasts (a whole cup size difference) All I would like is to comfortably wear a sports bra without having to stuff it full of padding to make me appear like a woman. I have wanted this for many years and finally feel I am in a place to do it. I may not be in the perfect place financially, but if I don't do it I feel I never will, so I am investing in myself. I have a doctor I will see, as he is the same one that did a friend of mine and he had excellent reviews (especially compared to the surgeons in my hometown). I have posted one pic of my befores but will get more soon.

I have had my consult and the doctors and…

I have had my consult and the doctors and nurses made me feel unbelievably comfortable. They helped me through the whole decision process and gave me all the information I need to help me get to where I want to be. With a more athletic frame, wider rib cage, it was suggested I go with 350cc moderate plus. I was considering a 325cc as I want to make it as unnoticeable as possible that I have had this procedure. It is strictly for me to make me feel more feminine and not having to stuff everything in my bras or bathing suits to make me feel like a woman. I will do a final sizing the day of surgery to make sure I am happy with my choice.
My appointment was scheduled, and I go in this coming Wednesday. I am terrified and excited, but staying up each night reading others stories on has definitely helped me mentally prepare. I feel like I have a sense of what to expect, good and bad and all the emotions that go along with it.
My doc gave me a list of things to not have pre surgery...Vitamin E, Green Tea or Green Tea extracts, and lots of other herbal things. It's made me change my daily routine and I feel my body is a bit out of whack because of it, but atleast I'm taking lots of vitamin C, D and Magnesium. I don't know when I should stop working out pre surgery so I am just taking items in what I've been doing.
I posted some pictures of what I am going for and what I am currently.

I can't seem to stop taking before pictures…

I can't seem to stop taking before pictures as I want a lot to look back on them to remind myself of what was. It really does assure a person that they are doing the right thing, especially when I lay down. I took a bunch of pictures in the spot I will be recovering to do a step by step of it all. Here are a few more before pictures.

HI there! I did have my surgery and I am quite happy. They are settling nicely, but I have a ton of pain in my right breast which is keeping me from using that arm. I am hoping is subsides quickly as I am worried there might be something wrong.
