32A to 32D/DD, 5'8, 132 pounds

Here are some pics from my consultation. The doctor modeled my 3D rendering with 410cc implants. I also tried on 400cc and 425cc. He uses Sientra implants which come in 410 and 440cc, so I think 440cc HP will be the best bet. What do you guys think?

Ever since I can remember I have always wanted bigger boobs. It wasn't until high school when this became more of a desire. Shirts never fit me the way they should've, dresses hung off me weird, and push up bras never actually did anything for me. Back in early 2018 I made a consultation for breast augmentation but chickened out. I couldn't stop thinking about wanting bigger boobs and doing the breast augmentation procedure but didn't want to go alone or go through the process alone. With support and encouragement I made another appointment. This time I made my appointment with Dr. Jeffrey Darrow in Boston. That whole day I was so excited, had lots of energy, and just so happy I was finally doing what I've been wanting to do since high school!

Walking into Dr. Darrows office I got immediate nerves. I kept thinking, "is this actually happening right now?" When they called my name to go into the examination room it was like entering utopia of boobs. He had silicone breast implants sizers lined up on a table starting from 200cc all the way to 450cc. It was amazing. Dr. Darrow was so nice. I immediately got such a good vibe and feeling that not only was this what I really want to do but that he was the guy to do it. He went into detail of how the surgery would go, everything I need to know before and after, as well as what would work for my body proportions. I am 5'8 and 132 pounds. With my height and weight and breast width of 12.5 centimeters Dr. Darrow told me the highest I could go safely would be 450cc. He took pictures of my chest and was able to show me in 3D what my boobs would look like with implants so it could give me a visual of what I would look like. It was unreal. It looked so so good. Seeing that got me even more excited. I'm seeing myself with boobs for the first time! After seeing everything in 3D I was then able to try on sizers. I knew I wanted to stay in the high 300s to 400 range. I first tried on the 375cc implant. It looked great! but I knew I wanted to go bigger! I then tried on the 400cc implant. Again, great but knew a little bigger would be perfect. I then tried on the 425cc and it was perfect. Seeing it with my body frame and in a tank top it's exactly what Ive been picturing the whole time. I was on cloud 9!

Ending the appointment with Dr. Darrow I was eager to make my surgery appointment and get going with the process. I felt so confident in his practice and for him to be the one doing the surgery! I walked out of his office with so much confidence, excitement, and just a mix of emotions! I felt like I was walking on air! As of right now I am hoping to have surgery on February 19th and will keep you posted on how everything goes!
