Just wanted to share a quick update—
Things have gotten a lot better as the implants dropped and skin relaxed. I didn’t have any mesh or internal sutures so I was worried I did the wrong thing but the implants are finally settling in.
I stopped wearing the thong bra because I couldn’t find one that fit properly, the one I had put a lot of pressure on the skin and was pulling it up in the middle. Since stopping the thong bra, the skin has relaxed.
The implants are close together but I am liking the way it looks now that they aren’t sitting so high :)
I return nov 9 for a 3 month follow up!

I think they look beautiful! I am hoping to go to 800cc in my next surgery (or close to that) and I would love a result like yours. I have 585cc silicone under the muscle now, and because they’re moderate profile they are nice and close together but I would still like more projection. Congratulations on a really lovely result.

Thank you for updating! I got my revision and I have been following your post, I got 650cc HP and the skin on my sternum was very very swollen. This happened during my primary BA and I was given a thong bra the first time only to have loose skin in the middle. This time I wasn't given a thong bra and I'm still a little swollen on the sternum. Definitely keep updating, if you can, it's nice to read other women's stories. I felt like I needed a thong bra because you had one, but to hear that you stopped wearing it and the tenting has gone away is good to know. Hopefully my swelling goes down and the mesh I have holds the extra skin down when I'm healed. Love your results. I used one of your pics as my wish pic! Have a great day!

3 weeks PO 700cc

Just had my 3 week appointment. I’m still not happy with the appearance yet, I think the skin raising up and the closeness will have to be addressed if the thong bra doesn’t help. I go back at 3 months to see if the skin relaxed and they continued to separate. Doctor did not use an internal bra so I’m concerned that may be needed with revision. Different angles appear amazing, but in clothes, you can see the skin tenting. I love the size so hoping this thong bra will fix the problem without a revision.

They look perfect in the Stars and Stripes bikini top! What profile and implant manufacturer did you go with? I am planning to increase from 460 cc low profile to 640 cc high or moderate plus in a few weeks because I want the same round fullness you have.

Update

Just under 2 weeks post breast augmentation. I am Still following Drs orders and wearing the reverse bra 24/7. No other pain or discomfort. I Follow up next week at 3 weeks to see progress. I’m still concerned with the separation in the middle not being enough, and hoping it is just swelling and/or inflammation. Have to learn patience ????
