Hii, had my procedure on Aug 19, 2025. Currently 5 days post op with Dr. Franklin Richards. He was great, very patient, and polite. Absolutely lovee my patient coordinator, Mariah. She’s such a sweetheart, listened to my concerns, and offered very helpful insights and feedback. I’ll insert pics so far as well as before pics!
Stats: 5 feet tall, 100 lbs, 325 cc moderate plus mentor round implants under the muscle. Under the breast crease incision.

One week post op????????

Hii, I’m one week post op now! I can’t believe how fast time is flying!! I’m super super happy with my recovery and how well everything has been so far (and hopefully continues to go). Swelling has gone down so much! I’ll definitely attach a picture of my day 1 post op and day 7 post op.
I’ve also regained nipple sensation in both breasts. Although, the left is a bit hypersensitive. Was cleared to start wearing bandeau strap today for half a day (for a week or 2 depending on how I feel about the upper pole).
Think I’m going to update as the days go by.

Looking very good there! I think you will be very pleased with the final results. And regaining nipple sensation so early is a very good sign.

Hi! Can I ask how you found your surgeon, I am looking for one near me right now. Did you just google surgeons or was it a referral?

It was actually a combination of both. I researched many surgeons (both near me and away from me) and narrowed it down to 4 surgeons based on many aspects like their results, their revision policies, and where they like to place the implants.
I ended up with my surgeon because I really liked his work, and I found a lot of women with similar to my anatomy—wide spaced breast anatomy in his gallery. I also liked how he prioritized small incisions and clean environment. Additionally, appointmentns with him post surgery were all free of costs and he had a reasonable revision policy. I set a virtual consultation with him and I liked his mannerisms.
Then, I searched for women that got work done from him and talked with them (not in person) about their experiences and all of them gave positive feedback! Plus considering his google reviews; most were good! After that, I decided to go with him but I flew to Maryland to see him (currently in the Midwest lol).
I would say go with a surgeon you feel comfortable with and that has realistic revision policies (since you never know what might happen after surgery regarding recovery).

Hi all,
I’m now 2 weeks post op and the girls are continuing to drop! The swelling is going down a lot slower now but I’m happy with the size so I hope they don’t go down too much.
The tingling and tensing feeling has gone down a lot (now I only feel them periodically in my incisions). The steri strips are still on lol. I think if they’re not off by week 4, I’m going to be very concerned.
I only wore the bandeau strap for 3 days (my last day was last Friday) because I like the height of the girls. They’re still very stiff but I mean its only been 2 weeks lol. I’ll attach a video of the girls and a pic of them in clothes!
