325cc round implants high profile

On Friday 8th December I had my breast augmentation with Christopher Dunkin at Nuffield Health York. I also had 3 fairly large moles removed (using the shave method) from my back. I had wanted my boobs doing since I was about 14, I researched for around 2 years for the best surgeon and had 3 consultations with Mr Dunkin before going ahead with him. On the day of my surgery I was very calm which was a surprise to me as I am usually a very anxious person. I was visited many times by different nurses, the anaesthetist and Chris himself who thoroughly explained the procedure. I couldn’t decide between 325cc and 350cc and asked him to try both sizes and choose which one looked best. When I woke up from my surgery I felt amazing, I was in no pain at all and didn’t feel sick at all. My surgery was at 9.30am, I got into the recovery ward at about 11am and then I got back into my private room at about 11.45am. I had my blood pressure and heart rate took every 30 mins. I had my lunch and relaxed for a few hours in bed before a nurse came in and asked how I felt, I felt absolutely fine and she told me they were happy to discharge me at 3.30pm if I was comfortable doing so. I went home and rested in bed and kept on top of my pain killers the first night and next 2 days, I took codeine the first 3 nights and paracetamol and ibuprofen regularly through the day. The pain was very minimal and only really affected me when I had to move, it just felt like a torn muscle after going to the gym.

Right boob has started to drop and soften, my left is still pretty round and high but is slowly dropping too. Nipples have been constantly hard since the operation which is making them sore as they rub against my macom bra which is tight, apart from that I stopped fully taking any pain killers 5 days post op and haven’t had any pain at all. Had my pre op at 11 days and my dressings removed from my stitches and new ones put back on, the nurses said everything looked good and my incisions were really neat. The recovery has been so easy for me

I recently realised I have a red blotchy mark on my right breast and looks like some small dents above the tape that’s covering my incision. Should I be concerned?
