325-350ccs HP Silicone Under...I Think

I am three weeks post op and feeling good. I will say I did experience a little boob greed in the first week or so but I think once they settle more and soften up I'll be more than happy. Im already very happy with what I see. Luckily I didn't/ haven't experienced any of the emotional rollercoaster that I've seen from some reviews. The worst part for me has been sleeping on my back and experiencing some back pains due to that. My doctor did prescribe some muscle relaxers to help alleviate the back pain which do seem to help. My travel neck pillow has been my life saver. I recommend everyone invest in a neck pillow to help with the back sleeping especially if you are naturally a stomach (like me) or side sleeper. I've been cleared to sleep on my side and stomach as if today if it feels comfortable. Also in the first week and a half those gel ice packs were a great help when it came to my incisions itching and the overall swelling. I iced faithfully. I'm attaching a picture of the first week progress I'll post others (maybe) in the future (at least at 6 weeks or so) because as of right now there hasn't been a drastic drop from week 1. I feel like I just did a lot of rambling but that's kind of just how my mind works lol.

So today is POD 2 and so far with the exception of a little pain in my left insicsion all is going well. I didnt really experience the whole elephant on my chest sensation or anything, the pressure was minimal. Sleeping on my back has definitely been the hardest part. I wake up with a sore back every morning but I did sleep a full 4 hours straight and only woke up because I had to use the bathroom. Still bloated but nothing horrible. I've learned how to maneuver to get in and out of bed without using my arms. I took a sponge bath yesterday, today I'll get in the shower so we'll see how that goes. Just wanted to check in with a quick progress report. Mt first preop appointment so I'll check in again tomorrow hopefully.

My surgery is set for 11am this morning and I am surprisingly calm. I slept great on my belly for the last time lol. Now I'm just excited and hoping for a speedy recovery. See you guys on the other side.
