Okay so here are a lot of updates from the initial review and a ton of pics. First off let me start off by saying everyone is different ! No matter what you read or what you mentally and physically prepare yourself for, you won’t truly know until the you are in the process and recovering. My updates took sooo long because honestly I felt sick and somewhat defeated the first two weeks. So many people said oh you just need a week off and your fine well this wasn’t exactly the case for me. I still had a ton of selling nausea and discomfort. Sleeping on my back was very hard which led me to not getting much sleep. i am finally some what feeling back to myself so here I am with a super super update. My bestie and I had our three week post op follow up with Dr Johns instead of 4 because he was going to be on vaycay the fourth week. During this visit he wanted to check our mobility the overall feel of the implant and give us next steps and rules for recovery. He told us it was time to move to a underwire bra to help mold the implant. He also told us t

Well today is another day! Learning the true meaning of patience ! The pain isn’t really there it’s just mostly tightness and not being able to use your arms etc. I just vomited after a nap and that was obviously a little tough since my chest is so tight and sore. Not sure what caused me to throw up and become dizzy but I just took an excedrin and some pepto and real just relax for the evening. Not in any rush, just resting! Tomorrow is my follow up appointment because I have to head back to NYC next week. Will post an update after the follow up.
