Saline, under the muscle, dual-plane, incision under the breast fold, aiming for 300cc. I'm 5'3ish 125lbs. My surgery is scheduled for September 8th. I had a consultation in June and have been waiting patiently for this week to come. I originally wanted to go with the Ideal Implant but after the consultation my surgeon informed me that due to my asymmetry it may run the risk of a "double bubble" by 30%. I've decided on Saline because I want to give my surgeon the most options needed to be able to tweak size and placement. Also I tend to scar and saline uses the smallest incision. I will upload proper "before" pictures after surgery.

Well it happened! The staff and nurses at the facility were all so sweet and kind and definitely helped to calm my nerves. I was mostly worried about waking up from anesthesia but honestly that part was a breeze. Because of my asymmetry the surgeon decided on 300cc on my left breast and 375cc on the right breast, which should be a C. Everything was fine post op except after my hour and a half car ride home through the mountains. As soon as I got home I got very nauseas, hot, sweaty/ clammy and very uncomfortable but as soon as I calmed my nerves and took my medicine for nausea I felt fine. We called my nurse and she was so kind and assured me that everything was fine, just to stay calm. My right side/breast feels ALOT more sore than the left. The left is painful but manageable, the right is almost unbearable, my guess is because there is more CC in that one. I hear the first 3 days are the worst but I'm hoping for the best. I have to keep my surgical bra and band on until next week, which I'm fine with, I don't really want to see them just yet. But I did lift the bra to take a peek and I'll
Upload that photo. Pain meds are starting to get into my system. Advice for others so far, please have someone at home to take care of you, you're definitely going to need help for the simplest tasks.

I was nervous too! But the whole process goes so fast that the next thing you know you're waking up in such relief that it's all over. I'll try and post everyday this week with an update so you can refer to once you start your recovery, good luck to you! You'll do great :)

Thank you! That does make me feel better that it's fast lol. I just hope I didn't make a mistake with the ccs I chose. Im going with 300cc to 325. Im hoping that works with my body and I don't end up huge lol or looking less natural than im going for.

I DID not want a "big boobs" look. At first I was thinking 250cc-300cc but after months of being on RealSelf and looking at so many pictures and reviews I decided to stick with the 300cc and I'm so glad I did. If you're going to a great surgeon they will be able to give you the look you're going for and they will look like they are apart of you. I told mine that I want a natural look without harsh roundness at top. I can't really see the outcome just yet but from what I can see I think he nailed it. What body shape do you have?

My surgeon has been great so far, I've text him like 5 times and he's been great about it lol, I'm 5'6 155lbs smallish waist and bigger hips and thighs so not a tiny person :) I told him I want natural looking breasts as well, more bottom roundness than tons of upper pole. My wish pics I've sent show it and he said that it's a realistic expectation for me. At first I was going for 250-285ccs but reading lots of other women's results I figured 300-325 may work better with my shape

I think the 300cc range will be a great fit for you, I have a smaller frame from the waist up but I do have a butt and thighs. Most of my wish pics came from a woman of the name Rachel Cook. You should look her up because she has more bottom boob and a great shape to them. Hope that helps! Your surgery is coming up, how exciting!

I’ve been finding the right routine for the pain meds and things are manageable. I’m in great spirits and am so happy and excited to see how they change everyday. I am wearing a band on the top to help press my breast down as they heal. I took the band and surgical bra off to take some pictures very quickly. I’ve seen so many post op pictures on here to know to EXPECT a strange shape, swelling and for them to sit high/hard. Because I was prepared I am very okay with how they are looking so far. I do not have any bruising (yet) just marks from the surgical pen. I do not have tape over my incision site because I am allergic to that type of adhesive. Instead they used glue.
