3 Months PO

WORTH IT$5,450
Hi all, it’s been a minute! So I’m officially 3 months PO and I have completely fallen out of the habit of constantly looking, studying, and most importantly- taking pictures of my boobs.
The pictures I have below are the very few I’ve taken in the last few weeks in hopes to share in today’s review on RS.
I’m still absolutely in love with my size 340cc and haven’t really had any boob greed. I am sure I could’ve gone bigger but just don’t feel the need as I am at the tail end of all of my pre op bra/top sizes.
I still to this day think I chose the perfect size, as i can still shove all my breast tissues into a size 4 lululemon bras and other size small tops.
Here are my updates so far:
INCISION SCARS- I’ve been using Recedo twice daily but literally have not noticed any difference. So I’m thinking about going back to Prosil, another scar treatment I’ve used at 1mo for a few days, which I received as a sample from my PS’s office.
SWIMSUIT- Even a month ago, I set aside a bunch of small bikini tops that no longer fit me, but now that my boobs have soften and dropped more, I am able to wear my old bikini tops again. Yay!
PAIN- There hasn’t been much pain at all since I passed the 4 week mark. I do occasionally get tingling sensations around my areola where my nerves were numb, but I think it’s my nerve endings trying to re connect since I’ve gained more sensation in those areas again, finally!
RECOVERY- Although I had a normal and smooth recovery, I’m still dreading the next time I have to change my implants out. I hope they last as long as possible, because recovery was the most inconvenient experience ever, next to pregnancy and God knows I’m done with that life. Lol, plus I can’t imagine having to take off time from my training at the gym and losing all the gains I’ve worked so hard for.
Everything has been normalized again since my OP. I feel comfortable, at ease, not worried about my implants, I’m also less self conscious (I felt so awkward and self conscious at first, I hid my boobs for the first couple months), I definitely feel even more confident, and more importantly- I can lift weights and have gone back to all of my heavy lifts and routines except for any direct chest workout(plank, push-up, hanging pull-ups, flies and etc). I will be cleared to exercises with direct chest engagement at 6 months.
Visually, there’s been a small change but I don’t foresee too much more occurring on a monthly basis. I don’t get on here other than when I update , but I still want to be committed in my review, for all my other fellow ladies (and or men) who are looking to begin this journey, as I found this community exceptionally helpful and insightful during my time of research and recovery.
I’ll update again at 6 months PO and continue this every 3 months from now. Good luck to everyone and happy recovery.

Hi! Glad to hear all is well! A couple questions: do you think you had a lot of d&f between months 2 and 3? Do you expect much more d&f going forward or do you think your pretty stable now. Also, from what I've seen it looks like the scars can take 6 - 12 months to fully heal and lighten, have you heard/seen the same? Thanks for your updates!
Are you scheduled for BA sx soon?
Looking good girl! Your scars are going through the angry phase that is why they may be so dark. However those scars are just so tiny though! You could try Scar Away silicone strips. They can be found at your local pharmacy (Walgreens, Walmart) or Bio-oil. Biocorneum or just plain cocoa butter w/vitamin E is some other options. Don’t be surprised if you see some more fluffing still. I thought I was done my d&f at 7mpo and but gained some extra fluff again at 12mpo. Thanks for the update sweetie. Looking great! ❣️
I’m so glad I found your review! Your boobs are just perfect for you! You must be thrilled! I really appreciate your detailed info. Thank you for taking the time to post! Can you share any info about how you transitioned back into strength training? The whole cardio thing seems straight forward—wait the right amount of time and then slowly increase by listening to your body. The whole strength training thing scares me to go back after my breast revision. Would love your advice!
Hi. Are you still answering questions?

Hi everyone! I know it’s been a minute. I hardly get on anymore and sometimes I even forget that I have implants. Life has been even more smooth sailing, since 6 weeks when I started working out upper body again.
It was pretty weird at first and took a few weeks to re calibrate my arms, back and shoulder lifts as between reps my pecs would engage at times. I’m finally back to lifting my normal weights again but have been staying away from any direct chest work, so no planks or pushups. I was extremely cautious starting to lift at first because it felt super awkward and uncomfortable when my chest at times would engage during a lift but none of them were painful.
I still think I have more D&F to do and I think my nipples would point up more after settling because they originally turned up. My PS told me I could resume wearing a bra at my 6 week but no wires until 3 months. I’ve been living in ultra thin bralettes but I am looking forward to actually wearing a real wired bra again next month. Lol
I have also started my scar treatment, Recedo a couple weeks ago but can’t say I have noticed a lot of improvement so far. Nonetheless, I plan to stick with the directed usage of 2 daily applications for the next few months and evaluate then.
Taking pictures of my boobs is no longer a part of my daily routine. But I did do a lot of that during the first 4 weeks which my husband appreciated. Lol!
I’ll be adding my pictures I received from my PS as well as a few I’ve taken in the past month.
I’m still incredibly happy with my decision of going through a BA. But the thought of having to do this again down the road frightens me. Hahah I really hope my implants last as long as possible. I can totally understand why most women get boob greed around now as they acclimate to what felt like drastically large implants at first. Mine were 330cc filled to 340cc and while they could’ve been even bigger, I don’t think I could’ve kept all of my shirts/dresses, especially my Lululemon tops and bras which makes up almost half of my wardrobe. I think this truly is the perfect size because I love how I can expose them by wearing a low cut while being able to completely conceal them under a regular shirt. I just LOVE them.
Thanks for all those who’s been writing me and still following me. Sorry I’ve been MIA! I’ll try to be more connected but changes at this point aren’t drastic enough to do weekly updates for me. But I’ll definitely check in monthly as share my new findings, as well as update pictures. :)
I am pretty confident I am 34D in bras at VS from getting measured multiple times and trying dozens since my last post. I’ve gone back and fourth with bralettes from small to medium and now a small fits better and looks more flattering than a lose medium. I still wear a small in swim tops, but my boobs are pretty jammed packed in there lol.

You look great! And your size looks perfect on your frame, yay for D cups :))
Thanks dear! I think so too <333
Looking great! Do you feel like the one side may still need to drop some? I see what you mean about your nipples pointing up before and the one side does appear it’s not in that position yet? I know some people can take up to 6-12 months to fully complete d&f, everyone is different. It took me 7 months to fully d&f but was worth the wait! If you have a Nordstrom, Peebles, JCP or Kohl’s around get professionally sized, it’s free. VS sized me wrong!
Thanks! I think if my boobs fluffed up on lower poles, my nipples would turn upwards more, an I would be even more pleased. As far as dropping goes, I like where they are at now and I originally had asymmetry which I never noticed until my PS took pictures. He said he dropped the pocket a little lower on the other side to correct it but I really don’t notice a huge difference just the way I never even realized I had asymmetry. Lol! I’m hoping to see some more changes hopefully in another 6-9 months. :) I always felt like everyday I woke up, one side would be slightly lower and the next day it would be other side. I definitely know that they have been healing and dropping at different rates everyday but I haven’t been able to keep up. Hahaha
Hey! I think they are settling nicely!! I love the comparison photo! They will prob fluff a bit more under- im really hoping so for me as well!! Looking forward to your update
Just wait in a few weeks/months time when the fluff comes along then you’ll be like.....NICE!!! It’s def worth the wait! But dang it’s so hard to be patient, ugh...enjoy the girls! ❤️
Looking great! Does your ps have you wearing a strap to help with d&f? I had a love hate relationship with the strap, but it really helped. Best of luck and enjoy those girls!!!
Thank you :) No he didn’t have me wear anything at all do the first month.
My surgeon directed me, no bra at all either and I'm pretty thankful by the sound of others reviews of the compression bras and strap ! I read there is little evidence they help

Things are going great! I’m thinking less about boobs now, and it has been a nice change. I can’t remember the last time I got pains/shocks in my boobs, I think a couple weeks ago maybe?. I still do cringe a little when I stretch my arms all the way up to wash my hair but I feel pretty comfortable for the most part.
The skin glue on my left incision is barely hanging on, while the right one may stay on for a few more days. Still happy with my results and waiting for more d&f. I don’t have an influx of pix because I’m traveling through next week, but here is a few.

Looking great! Even after 1 month it looks like you have some good d&f already. Glad all is going well!
Thank you! Hope all is well with you too. :)
I’m so excited for you! They look great and I’m happy to hear it’s going smoothly & without pain!! I’m at 2 weeks today and besides soreness and still not comfortable sleeping flat, I feel fine otherwise!! Keep us posted with 2 & 6 month photos please!! I will check back with you!
(Also, those pants are so cute, where are they from? Lol!)
Those pants are from H&M years ago. I’m so happy to see how you’re doing! Yay
