It was 12 weeks last Monday. I’m not sure if they look different from before because I’ve been looking at them everyday hahaha.
The dark spots from allergy are still there but they’re getting better. I’m still using skin bleaching cream and I started using scar gel on my scars.
The pulling cords under my breasts were gone within 2 weeks after I took baby aspirin.
I think the left side is slightly bigger than the right one but it’s ok for me. I think only me would notice that. The incisions are red some part. I think because of the bleaching cream. They were all white before. I hope they will fade-away soon

You look amazing! I was wondering what kind of scar creams or bleaching creams you are using to lighten your scars.

Thank you :)
The skin bleaching cream is for the affected allergic skin. You don’t need this one. I use Aroamas scar gel for my scars

Thank you! Also I wanted to ask what kind of implants you got? Dr. Greenwald kept saying Inspira but is that the Allergan Brand? And are they gummy gel?
User Avatar

Mine are Natrelle Inspira from Allergan. Smooth Surface , responsive silicone gel, moderate profile(SRM). I think they call responsive silicon gel as gummy gel.

oh I see, I think that is what he suggested for me as well. Are they a good amount of softness and firmness?
Sorry if I am asking a lot of questions. I just want to be 100% sure if I do decide to go to him haha! Thank you for taking the time to answer my questions.

Don’t worry
You’re fine. I’m happy to help if I can :) They feel good to me but still need more time to heal.

Dr. g also recommended the same for me too and with 275cc that'd I'd end up being a full b to a small c. I'm also 5'3 like you. What size are you now post op?

You have healed beautifully!

Did the dr cut part of your areola when he made the incision? It looks like that may be why it looks like it is scarring bc of the darkened spot but it really just your areola.

Where does Greenwald perform the surgery? Is it in his office? How long did your procedure take?

The surgery center is on the same floor as his office. My procedure took a few hours till I work up

Why did he choose moderate profile over moderate plus? You look narrow like me.

What is the difference between moderate and moderate plus?
May 28, 2020
Moderate Plus implant is narrower Breast implant. So you get a wider implant.

Oh I thougHt plus is narrower so it wouldn’t be wider. Does Allergan Natrelle come in Moderate Plus?

4 weeks update

I wanted to do 4 week update. After I got allergic reaction, I have been using bleaching cream to lighten my darker skin that was caused by the tape. It’s getting better. I also have tightness under my breasts that the doctor said was pulling cords and that the doctor said can happen but will get better. The doctor advised me to take one baby aspirin daily and apply warm compress for 2 weeks occasionally. I feel less tightness after doing that for a few days and the bump of the pulling cords are getting better.
I posted the massage videos and pictures of the incisions for reference.

I went to see the doctor 2 days ago because I saw some dry yellow stains on my bra and it freaked me out. I was worried that it could be a sign of infection. I called the office in the morning, and they gave me the appointment to see the doctor in the afternoon.
The doctor told me I was definitely allergic to the tape. I still have rashes and the skin there is dry and darker now. He gave me Cordran cream and told me to put on twice a day. He also prescribed me another steroid cream for the darker skin.
He told me to do upward massage to move the implant upwards.
Has anyone been allergic to the tape? I hope the darker skin will fade soon.

Why does he want you to do massages to move the implant up? Have they dropped too much? They don’t look that way to me.

To stretch the capsule, prevent capsular contracture, and to stretch the upper pectoral muscle fibers. They’re still high.
I will post the massage video later.
They also said I have to keep massage them forever. It helps keep the implants from hardening.
