31 years old, 5’6, 130 pds, 14 bwd, 540cc Natrelle Inspira Soft Touch

Hi! I am 5'6" 139lbs and am somewhat of a pear shape. I was a small B prior. I received Sientra 325cc moderate projection. I originally only wanted 275cc. I am a hairstylist and I practice yoga 3-4 times a week. I didn't want to be big. I just wanted to fill out swimsuits and bras. My surgery day was Tuesday Feb. 6. So I'm 4 days out and am so glad I didn't go any bigger. I think my bwd is 13.

Hi ! Congrats on your upcoming BA. I am the same height 5'6 115lbs my BWD is 11cm I have Sientra 485cc HP gummy bears with submuscular placement. I initially chose 425 but at my pre-up changed to 485 and I'm so glad I did. I am obsessed with my results. Couldn't be happier! Good luck to you!

Hi! I am about 5'7" & 125ish lbs. Size 26 jeans and 32C preop. Honest... I am postop 3 months with 560cc Natrelle Inspira Soft Touch, smooth, round, high profile, silicone, under the muscle implants. They are massive and I am very, very, extremely disappointed. You hear people say to go bigger or else you will have "boob greed" but I am telling you, absolutely NOTHING fits in my closet, my right breast is numb but very painful at the same time, and the implants consistently rub my arms- sounds silly but there is nowhere else for them to go and it is the most frustrating and annoying thing EVER. I cannot sleep on my side, swing a golf club/bat/racquet/etc or hide how large they are. Driving & typing is a [RS bleep]. My ribs ache and I cannot stand up straight. The side profile is clearly fake and it's everything I did not want. I am researching going back in to go smaller, I am so upset about it. I sized 450 max and trusted the doc in the OR. He is a great and top-notch doctor but I am simply too thin for these and look very disproportioned and matronly. I just don't have the booty or body to carry them. If I can give you any advice, do not go too large. It is painful, uncomfortable and there are more risks the bigger you go. I have new stretch marks and my nipples are bigger now. I hate my breasts and if I could, I would have never done this. I researched a BA for about a decade. You can always wear a padded bra but with large implants you cannot make them look smaller. They are very heavy and pointy from the side. You cannot flatten them out or make them look rounder and you have to wear a bra 24/7, even sleeping. Be careful selecting a doctor and the profile of your implant. Your breasts are beautiful. Go with your gut but you are thin and these big over-filled Inspira's look like bolt-ons from the side and get in the way of daily life. Not to mention they do not make too many sexy bras in the bigger cup sizes, something to think about. And I am a 32 and still haven't found a bra that fits around & in the cups, everything is too small in the cups and too large in the band. Exactly what I did not want. Underwires do not fit properly either. There are a lot of things you don't realize before a BA that become incredibly upsetting post BA. I hope this info helps, I wish someone would've talked more about the side-boob and how much it gets in the way with large implants. Remember, it is permanent and you cannot move it out of the way if your implants are large and already take up all or most of the space. You think you'll be able to move them around but they are tight and "stuck"... Either way, I am sure you will have a very beautiful result. Just do your research! Good luck & keep us all updated. Hi hun, I’m 7 days away from my surgery and starting to panic!!! I’m 5”9 already a D cup but been advised to have 500cc under the muscle just to give them a lift up as slightly droopy after 2 kids!! Yours look fab! What’s the healing process like? I’m going on holiday in May so wondered if scaring be too obvious then to wear costume etc?? Any tips appreciated! X

I highly encourage you to do some research on breast implant illness.

hey!! we are similar in height and weight (i am a little heavier). i was completely flat though. looks like you have something to actually work with. i was only able to get 325cc supposedly. i definitely wish i went bigger but i ended up with a D. before, i was not able to fill basically ANY bra and had no cleavage ever. i wish i could have gotten 500cc so i think it will be biggee than what you are imagining, but i think you will like it honestly.

Now that my surgery is in 2 days I'm FINALLY finding all these women with stats code to mine! Not good cause it's making me second guess my size choice lol. No I'm 5'7 130lbs and completely flat,c going with 385cc high profile. I don't want to have boob greeeeeeed!!!

I would consider going with your original selection, I would be concerned the bigger size would be too big. good luck!
