Hi all! I never thought I’d be putting pictures of my boobs on the internet for everyone to see but when considering a breast augmentation this was the most helpful site I found so I thought I would share my journey. For as long as I can remember I’ve always been insecure about my small breasts (I am currently a 32A) I recently turned 30 and thought there’s no better time than now make my dream come true! I researched several doctors and my first choice was Dr. Seckel due to his experience as well as how natural all his patients looked. The minute I met him I knew he was the one! He’s very warm and informative but in a down to earth way. I booked my surgery that day and we be getting them done on Oct 31!
I tried on a few different sizes and am leaning towards 350 but now and thinking I may want to go to to 375 because I don’t want to regret not going big enough. My goal is to be a natural small D cup. I will keep you all posted on what I decide!

Went with 400cc mod +

So it’s day 2 post op and I’m feeling okay. I’ve spent the majority of the past two days in and out of sleep. Surgery day went very smoothly, the nurse gave me an IV (which didn’t hurt at all btw) and before I knew it I woke up with boobs! My first post op appointment was yesterday and they said everything was looking great. Honestly when I saw them for the first time I was a little scared, they look so big to me! But I know they’re swollen so I can’t wait for that to calm down. I’m extremely sore at the top part of my breasts and near the armpit. Sleeping has been very difficult. But I’m making it work by propping myself up on a bunch of pillows. How long did it take everyone’s breasts to D&F? I cannot wait because right now they look like implants stuck on my chest. Which is what they re obviously haha.

Left still sitting high

9 days PO and my right breast has started to drop beautifully. The left is still high and hasn’t budged much since day 1. I’m really hoping it starts to make some progress, I’m starting to get nervous.
Overall, I don’t have much pain at all anymore. Sleeping has gotten much better but I’m till not comfortable sleeping on my side. I’m also back to driving! No real issues with that at all. Parking can be difficult as well as reversing but nothing crazy. Things seem like they’re starting to get back to normal. I’m just wishing my left breast would catch up to the right!

Looks great! From what I've read it can take weeks/months to D&F so you are doing great.

They look great! Hope all is going well! I had my surgery yesterday, so I’m still waiting for the tightness and pain to subside. Scared to look at mine though.

I was the same way but I had read so many reviews on how they can look strange at first. When I first saw them I wasn’t completely happy but knew there is so much progress to be made over the next few months. Honestly the less you look the better! You’ll notice the changes more that way!
