Breast Augmentation 300cc round smooth. 33yr old no kids.

I had my breast augmentation with Davood Falladhar on 7th Feb 2018. It was one of the best decisions I have ever made. I could not have gone ahead with this operation without fully trusting the Surgeon I looked at so many and Davood Falladhar was the one stood out. He was number one on my list for years prior to the operation
I have been intermittently unhappy with my chest for as long as I can remember and considered breast augmentation since I was 18. Over the last 4’years I have given it serious consideration and finally in 2017 after 2 consultations with Davood Falladhar, I booked in for the op! My goal was natural and not too big, and this is exactly what I got.
I put this off for so long as I was terrified of the surgery, having foreign objects inside me, the potential complications and looking too fake. I did a ton of research over the last few years, the more I read the more I relaxed. If I went to a top surgeon who specialised in this surgery I figured I’d have the best chance at a good result without complications. I got a great result!
In my mind I had the idea of around 200cc tear drop dual plane/under muscle/textured, but really I was overwhelmed by information at this stage and didn’t have much clue of sizes/placements. When I met with Mr Falladhar he talked me through the different options and suggested I try a 300cc round smooth sizer (opposite of what I was initially thinking!) and he mentioned I had enough room to go over the muscle.
I researched again and decided to go with the 300cc round smooth implant over the muscle. I so was worried they would look too fake and too big but they don’t t all, they look like my own!
In fact it has exceeded my expectations, I’m so so happy with my result. Mr Falladhar must be the best surgeon in the world to get such a perfect result.
I was a 32B before surgery and now a 32 DD/34D depending wear I shop. VS bras I can just squeeze into a 32DDD.
I found the recovery tough (although most people on here seem to find it ok) I struggled, I felt very weak for the first 3 days, I had extreme nausea for 5-7 days and burning in my nipples that was unbearable but it wore off after a few days. It was all worth it though.
I have only one regret, not being brave enough to have this done years go. I couldn’t be happier with my result :)
