Time for some real talk Day 5
Even though I might be early in my recovery, it hasn't been easy on the rest of my body. The constipation. Check. Bloating. Check. Bruising under my breast. Check. Even though the surgery is cosmetic, it remains surgery that has required tonnes of rest. I'm happy that I'm not having trouble sleeping elevated because I've been doing plenty of sleeping!
Clothes fit so much better!
I'm having so much fun comparing my before and after pictures in the same or similar clothes, I was worried that the change might be in your face type boobs, or bearly visible. Even with the recovery bra, the fullness is noticeable and I love it!
Day 2, torpedo boobs are NOT a myth
Day 2 since my operation and I'm glad to have the drains removed, measuring and cleaning them just became annoying. They ended up being more in the way than my rock hard breasts. Having invested in plenty of button up work shirts beforehand, I've been able to join virtual meetings since yesterday with no problem. By far I'm super satisfied, receiving my implant certificates and I ended up getting 285cc in my left and 300cc in my right breast.
