Everything is great! Had my 3 week post op appointment day and my incisions are healing nicely. I’m still in love. Trying to refrain from purchasing bras but it’s so hard. ???? I was fitted at VS and I’m a 32 D as of now. The doctor told me my size shouldn’t change too much, but the shape may change in the next few months. Anyways here they are in a new bra. ????

Great progress. Can't get over how "normal" they looked at day 1 postop. Beautiful. No square boob, not up in the collarbone!

I'm going under the muscle. Still torn between 445 and 485. I basically am going to have Dr Muskett try them both when I'm under and have him and the rest of the OR crew decide what looks best. The 445 is moderate profile, the 485 is full profile. Dr Muskett measured me at a 13.5 BWD, and that is what the 445 is. The 485 full measures at 13 BWD, so they might be too narrow.

Yes, that's what we did as well, I did 3 options and we went with my "wish size"

I just noticed you said your surgeon was recommending placing the implants over the muscle, subfascial. Is that what he did? that would explain the easier recovery and I guess why they didn't look boxy. I hear about the rippling issue with over the muscle, though. My preferred PS recommended under the muscle, through the inframmary fold, Natrelle Soft touch SSF (full profile) 335, 345 or 365 cc. Did you get Allergan Natrelle, responsive softtouch or cohesive implants? Or did you go with the Sientra brand?

Yep, I will have to look at what implant we chose I cut remember.
I did 385 full profile on one side and 365 on the other
I had to do. Firmer implant to prevent rippling, and it worked really well! I haven't noticed any rippling yet! I was honestly scared of doing over the muscle! BecUse of everything I had read , but overall I'm really happy. And you honestly can't bet this recovery. But for sure listen to your doctor!

You look great. Great choice over the muscle. They look very round and perky. If you were to go bigger on size, do you think they would look as good?

Everything’s still great. I don’t have much to update .
They’re getting softer everyday.
One of my incisions feels likes it’s a little hard on the edge, but I think it might be wear the doctor said he did a suture . My next appointment isn’t for a couple weeks.
Everything’s raking nicely , I love the size and shape. I hope they don’t settle too differently. I can’t tell if I have any sweeping. If I had to say, I’d say no, but I’m not sure. ???? I don’t know if there is as much “settling” going on when you insert the implant over the muscle. Does anyone know ? I’m curious as to why to expect. People say the size and shape change a lot during the recovery period but they honestly look the same as they did on day 1.
My only complaint is my nipples are really sensitive and hurt. It’s not unbearable but it’s not great . Haha
I have been doing my own research trying to figure out what size I am , and it’s impossible. When I plug in my measurements on Victoria secret website it says I’m a 34 B.
But i tried on a 32 D from target and it fits pretty well. You still can’t use the fitting rooms in our town bc of covid so I’m afraid to order anything online without knowing. So frustrating! All the how tos online for measuring yourself gives me different answers so I don’t know . ????

The look really good, really natural looking for 1 week post-op. I am sure they have more dropping to do, but already there is no "line" on the top, from too much fullness/swelling. Happy healing and keep updating! These are great results/boob goals!

I have overs and they still change quite a bit. Mine got smaller as swelling went down but then filled out again as my skin/tissues relaxed. My measurements haven't changed since week 3 PO. I was surprised how much overs change! You look great! Happy healing!

I think i first measured on day 3 or 4 when swelling was a its highest (36.5/37 inches). The swelling reduced dramatically the next week or 2 and then week three they looked a bit smaller (36 inches). However, they change a lot in months 2 and 3 and a filled out again. The measurements are the same (36) but they look fuller and have a nicer shape.
