WORTH IT
I have wanted big boobs since I knew what they were, so about 5 grade. Mine shaped up nicely but they didn't get big. So here I am the night before my BA surgery writing about the experience.
I'm seeing Dr David F. Pratt in the morning for surgery. He is the only PS I consulted with. He has 26 years experience and his results speak from themselves. I am happy I chose him.
Stats: Weight 138lbs
Height 5'7"
Athletic build
Underbust 29"
Bust 32"
32 B/C or 34 A/B depending on the bra, style, brand, ect.
Implants: Natrelle Style 68HP
425cc smooth, round, saline
12 hours from now the surgery will be done, and those implants will be in me! I'm beside myself with excitement and joy and nerves. I spent A LOT of time on this site and it was helpful to me. I hope sharing my experience can help someone else.

Hey! Your results look fantastic. We have very similar stats. I'm wondering why you chose saline over silicone? It's something I've contemplated too. Any rippling? How do they feel?

The surgery went great. The whole surgery team was amazing. I am so happy about this decision. I thought I would have a period of freaking out after but as soon as I woke up everything felt so right. I have cried lots of joyful tears today because I look in the mirror and see what I have wanted to see.

Not yet lol but I'm getting there. I am anxious to see them settled. I believe I will have boob now lol but not the perfect round perky ones "as seen on T.V." either way no regrets so far. My nipples are going back to normal too so that's satisfying. Are u planning on posting any updates pic

They definitely look weird right after surgery. Lol. I looked at this site obsessively for months so I was fully prepared for it.
It's hard not to compare to "As seen on TV" but I reminded myself it's an unfair and unrealistic comparison. Those women have make-up teams, lighting crews, expert camera operators, personal trainers, costume designers tailoring clothes and infinite post-production editing all there to make them look like goddesses.

It feels so good to take showers again!!!! Recovery is going well overall. I stayed well medicated the first two days. Day two I woke up with a lot of nausea and could not keep water down. I took a pill for the nausea and it helped. I stopped throwing up. I kept getting chills that night too and it sucked. Today I have felt pretty good. I only took one one of the pain pills and that was after a little bit of light activity. I have mostly switched to regular Tylenol. I feel sore but it's not bad. If my husband were not here helping me with everything I would be having a way harder time with this process.
I have been sleeping propped up since surgery. I was able to lay almost flat for a nap today.
The bloating is terrible but I knew to expect it. I'm drinking a lot of miralax. I tried the Smooth Move tea the other night but that may have been what made me sick.
I managed a slow one mile walk and I feel fine after. I'm ready to heal up and work out again.

I went thru a day or two or anger and/ or depression. If it helps at all try and remember it's a part of the process and it's not real its literally in your head (so technically it is real lol) but think of it as typical girl bullsh* t and try to tell yourself most girls think they can push thru and ignore it, and most cant... but some can, can you? That may help. Some ppl are stronger minded and some of us just say oh well I'm mad. Lol good luck

I'm so glad you decided to start your review! I wish you all the best on your journey and hope you keep us posted!Â
