WORTH IT
I would 100% do it again. I have been very happy with my results. The odd little separation during chest exercises made me self conscious at first but in time I have come to not be bothered by it. I can still exercise the way I want and that is what matters to me. I no longer wear underwire or push-up bras. I find them very uncomfortable since the surgery and dont really need them anymore anyway. Living in braletts or going braless is great!

The augmentation looks more natural when I am sitting with a higher bodyfat% 30 - 35 (pictured below) but still look amazing when I am lean after a cutting cycle. I dont push my bench press as hard as I used to but I definitely still maintain the muscles for health, asthetics, functionality and fun.

The implants are very soft compared to the first year, they have a fun bounce to them but are not floppy. I do still wear a supportive sports bra for impact activities like tennis and running.

Still worth it

After a few years of having the implants I would say I'm extremely happy with the results and they are definitely still worth it. If I could do anything differently I would get the implants over the muscle due to my active lifestyle. I don't bench press as much as I used to and I miss it.

Can you please explain how an active lifestyle affects the position of the implants? In other words, why it might have been better for you to place them over the muscle.

Ok so I obviously haven't checked this in a while so I hope my reply is in time to be helpful. My augmentation doesn't gwt in the way of my activities, including bench press, however there is the weird separation effect when contracting the chest muscle. I used to be very self-conscious of this and I've gotten to a point where I don't really care anymore. My breasts are fake I'm not exactly going out of my way to hide it. Pros under the muscle looks more natural when I am more lean. Cons the muscle separation is a little odd but doesn't hinder my strength or activity.

2 years later I'm still very happy with my results. I would do this again with the same surgeon. I might choose over the muscle if I had to go back and do it again. The movement from the implants being under the muscle is a little weird. I make sure I wear T shirts on chest. Other than that no complaints. I love how I look post surgery.

After 2 years they look definitely better. I find now more natural and more symetric! Nice!

What’s your scaring like under breast? Pink in colour or white?
Also, do they feel like natural breasts being place under the muscle?
