3.5 weeks post op - dual plane breast augmentation achieved a beautiful ‘slope’

My breast augmentation journey did not begin with Dr Cotrufo as I was originally scheduled to proceed with another surgeon (this was cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances). I therefore have the benefit of two consultations with two surgeons for the same procedure and all I can say is, with the luxury of two perspectives, I was blown away by the detail and time Dr Cotrufo took throughout our initial consultation. From discussing my concerns, to taking measurements, to suggesting various options we could proceed with to achieve the most ‘natural’ look - I immediately felt I was in safe hands.
After having 3 children and spending almost 2.5 years of my life breastfeeding, my breasts were irreparably damaged. After going from a B cup to a DD/E and back again multiple times, I can only describe my breasts as ‘deflated balloons’ - not only that, they were asymmetrical (one larger AND lower than the other) and I also had a third nipple which I wanted removing. So all in all, a lot of work needed to be done. With a small frame, I was adamant that I wanted a very natural look.
All I can say is WOW. I am now just 3.5 weeks post op, but I am just obsessed with the end result. Not only did Dr Cotrufo achieve a beautiful ‘slope’ on the upper breast giving a really natural look, he has also concealed the edge of the implant perfectly by using the dual plane technique. The recovery thus far has been really straight forward and whilst I only recently had the surgical tape removed and replaced, I cannot believe how tiny and neat the scars are. I have had so many compliments from people who I have shared before and after photos with who have been equally as impressed as me by the transformation… My favourite comment to date is that my boobs ‘look like I’m 18 again!’
