4 week post op!
I can’t believe how fast time flys. Today I was cleared to go back to the gym. I was instructed to lift half the amount of weights as I usually do. So that’s exactly what I did today! For someone who lifts weights at the gym 4 x week it felt good to be back on my fitness game. I was surprised that my first day back at the gym wasn’t so bad. I did some arm workouts and was quite pleased how much I was able to do.
Anyways, I’m super happy with my 4 week results! Loving how the side boob makes me have more of a feminine hourglass figure! Also, I’m booking my flights to Puerto Rico for my birthday in a month which means I need to shop for some new bikinis! I’m actually pretty nervous how they will look.
Still using my silicone scar tape. We will see how they work. Not hoping for much of a difference since I have a history of keloids.

3 weeks post op
Currently not on any pain meds. The difference between 1 week post op and 3 weeks is crazy! They definitely look even more natural now. Today I started to look at some new bikinis since I won’t be able to fit my old ones now yay!
The most “comfortable” sleeping position currently is sitting 45 degrees up, or laying slightlyyy on my side while 45 degrees. Laying totally on my side makes my boobs sore when I wake up. I’m a tummy sleeper so I’m excited for when the day when I can sleep on my stomach.
Also, I haven’t been to the gym since surgery. I’m very active and lift fairly heavy weights at the gym 4x week. Hoping I can tolerate very light weights when I make the 4 week mark.

2 weeks post op
Feeling better everyday. Yesterday was my first day back to work. I definitely could have taken 3 weeks off instead of 2. My first day back to work was a little rough with no tylenol. My boobs have been looking more and more natural. A lot of dropping and fluffing in 2 weeks compared to most people. Here s a comparison photo from pre op, surgery day, 1 week post op, 2 week post op. Been using my silicone scar strips off Amazon, I’ll let you guys know how well it works on my incisions.
