27yo, 5”0, 106lbs, 450cc high profile silicone

So I’ve been unhappy with my boobs for forever. Basing my opinions on cheap boob jobs in [RS bleep], I never even considered breast augmentation because I didn’t like the fake, bolt-on look. I just sadly accepted the fact that these would be my boobs forever.
Yet, I recently, just for fun, took a peak at how much it would cost and saw some before and after photos of non-[RS bleep] star women and was astonished by how amazing they could look!!
Now, I’m obsessed and I think I want to get them >.<
I am currently a 32B, petite frame with an athletic build, and a big butt. It’d be great to even out my butt and have a curvy hour glass figure!
Of course, I have all the same worries as a lot of the girls on here...will they be too big? Will they be too small? Will they look lopsided or uneven or too fake? Will I regret them and miss my small boobs?
I am a naturally anxious person so these questions Haunt Me! However, I think having a blog on here and reading about other people’s experiences will help a lot.

To keep the worries at bay, I can’t help but make a post of wish boobs! There’s a mix of girls from Real Self who had amazing results and then some [RS bleep] stars I found off google haha. Still great inspiration though!

Here are some before pictures of my bod. Maybe this can give you a better idea of my body type. I am only 5 feet and I work out (have definitely been working out more in the past month, especially lifting weights). I have strong athletic legs and a round butt. My boobs aren’t terrible, but they’re pretty empty and kinda lower the real estate of my body, lol. Just imagine what a difference some big perky ones would make!
