26yo mom of 2, 485cc subglandular Sientra mod plus, 5’8” and ~145lbs

I’m just over 2 weeks post op, and my boobs feel like they’re *my* boobs. I don’t notice them other than that I fill out tops and bras SO much better, and the appreciative stares from my fiancé when I’m changing. I absolutely love my breasts, and am glad I got them done. I’ve noticed that they’re off center a bit, and it seems like both implants are shifted a tad to the left. I don’t feel like it’s noticeable enough to warrant revision though. I still get shooting pains and morning boob, and I’ve noticed a lot of soreness in my sides, just to the side of each breast, more than anything. But they’re soft and almost natural feeling already, and they’ll just get softer

I’m out and soooo sore. I’m worried about rippling because I feel like I can see ripples on one side. Am I crazy?? It’s like a big dimple almost. I’m hoping I’m crazy and it goes away. Everything is very stiff and swollen today, so I’m doing my arm exercises and moving around every hour, but just hanging out at home eating Chinese takeout today
