26yo 5'8 140lb No kids

I chose my Dr. After a referral from a family member who had a good experience with him. I have always wanted a fuller chest for many reasons and I am very excited for this new adventure. 5 days away!

Tomorrow is the day and I am so nervous and excited at the same time. The surgery is at 7am so I am happy that it's early while I am still sleepy. The reviews from this page are so helpful knowing what the recovery process is going to be like. I know everyone is different so I am hoping this goes smoothly. Which I am sure most women would agree to that. I am going to the store to buy some snacks and drinks while I recover, any recommendations on snacks to go with painkillers and recovery in general?

I am also very active. Shooting guns, snowboarding, running, hiking, etc. I am putting everything off for awhile but the doc said I will be able to pick everything back up again In time. Any advice on when you can start working out again and being active again?
