35 days post op pictures. Still very sensitive nipples, have a pain under my armpit on my left side that comes and goes, they are much more jiggly now, softer, feels more and more part of me everyday, I still wear a bra to bed, the swelling I think is completely gone, I will start applying vit e cream on the scars soon.

I'm not sure if I ever shared the size I ended up going with and saline or silicone so I need to update ya'll!
I ended up going with 420cc saline under the muscle. I knew a few friends who had gone with saline and we're happy with their results. Today I am 37 days post op. Crazy to think how fast the time has gone by!! But I do love my results more and more everyday.

Pictures! 15 days post op. I keep getting a pain in my left side that hurts pretty good. It comes and goes. When I massage it it seems to help a little, however my doc suggested I don't do massages but said I can massage if it helps the pain. It's just not something he recommends right off the get go.

Hi! I looked over your review but I didn't see where you put what type of implants you got. I'm curious? Ccs? Over or under?

You're welcome and thank you :):) good luck on the BA journey. It's quite an experience but it is managable. It's amazing how in the beginning I was so upset because I thought I had gone too big but now that the swelling has gone down, I am very happy with the size. This whole process is an emotional rollercoaster I swear lol. I felt so "normal" today tho it was awesome. Anyways if you have any other questions, please ask away! I am super happy to have found this page before I had my surgery. All of us ladies going through sort of the same thing.

I just scheduled my 2nd consultation with the same doctor and I have surgery date in mind but I haven't put down a deposit. I was so sure I wanted it, but doubt and reservations creep into my mind. It's nice to see people like you who have gone through it and are happy. When I get nervous about it, I think but I'm going to look so cute in clothes!!! Lol

Oh I so know what your going through. After almost a full year of rescheduling and 3 consultations with the same doc, I finally picked a good date that I finally was comfortable with and did it. My husband dropped me off at the doc on his way to work, the nurses were so nice, I was so nervous I threw up 3 hrs before I had to be there (this is my first surgery) , but all the sudden I was waking up and was like holy [RS bleep] I did it..... And now when I look in the mirror it's a cool feeling to know I did it and I love walking around the house now in my bra and I love the way shirts look on me. The confidence boost from this has been awesome. Minus my birth control making me break out like crazy lately on my face, I still am like oh well you're cleavage looks good tho so... hahah

Oh wow yeah I imagine my experience will be similar. Especially waking up and being like oh my god i did it finally haha this will also be my first surgery. One reason I want a BA is because I want to have cleavage once in my life. I've had my fair share of acne lol

Yea it's crazy. I would always wear tight shirts and padded bra that kind of made it look like I had cleavage but then I take off my bra... Gone. I just kept feeling like a little boy. I feel much more feminine now. I'm not even a big girly girl but I've always envied girls with big chests. Some girls are more than happy with their little chests, but I never was. You should do it.. seriously the surgery is honestly the easiest part, it's the recovering that can be a little rough, but it can be done. I think about all the girls who have had a BA and they have all gone through what I am going through. If the recovery was terrible, I think less girls would actually go through with the surgery. I read a stat that said almost 700,000 girls had a BA last year alone. Plus I personally know about 25 girls who have had it done. So that helped make up my mind even more.
