Asymmetry, left is little smaller and fuller bottom pole. Right is larger and fuller upper pole, revision or no
I noticed my left breast which was my smaller breast & my PS lowered the breast fold to match with the Right. But my left breast has beautiful bottom fullness and medium upper pole fullness. My right breast was my little large before surgery and the areola is a little bigger by 1cm and the right has more upper pole fullness. To me they look asymmetrical.
I had the option to do a half areola lift on my right breast but PS said the scar wouldn’t be worth it. So maybe if I do a revision I just increase the size in my left breast considering it was the smaller one in beginning?! I sad my PS and I on surgery day did t discuss left getting a little but larger implant like it was supposed to happen. REVISION OR NO?! just feel the right breast looks so much bigger. Bugs me! Does it look as bad as I feel it looks?

I think if you compare this photo to your after photo on April 20, 2nd pic your sitting looking straight on, you can see the same result you post here. I honestly think it’s not so obvious when your arms are down. But ultimately pictures are kinda deceiving and you need to be happy in the end. I personally wouldn’t do a revision and mess with your areolas for such a small difference. I state this bc I had a full anchor BL/BA 15 months ago. It took a full year on and off to get sensation back to my nipples completely. My left breast the nipple stays hard as if it’s cold practically 24/7 and the right side is normal. So keep that in mind if you consider a revision to correct the 1cm areola difference. I think your breasts look beautiful. Why chance going back and having possible complications w/healing etc.? The PS can only do so much w/our existing anatomy and anytime they lower or adjust your crease you take chances of having problems afterwards. Good luck w/whatever decision you choose. We’re here if you need us. Take care sweetie. ❣️❤️❣️
I think they look fine, as others say on here they are sisters not twins. The risk of complications going for a revision for something minor would count me out of surgery. I think they look great but you should go with what makes you happy
No. Don’t have another surgery. You’ll have plenty of revisions as you age. Why add risk? Nobody sees what you do, and men don’t see it either. They can’t even see a pile of laundry on 5he floor until 5hey trip over it lol....
I think they are beautiful...and you will never get perfect symmetry. Boobs are more like cousins...not twins ;) The only thing I would ensure is that you don't have any CC on the one that is sitting higher. If it's not CC then I would leave it...however I too had a revision because I wasnt happt sp tou have to make the decision that's right for you :)
I agree I wouldn’t have a revision. I only revised mine because I was a 34i and I wasn’t going for the [RS bleep] star look, plus I capsular contracture and a fluid pocket and textured “gummy bear” implants increase chances of developing a form of lymphoma (which I was not told, he told me “they’ve been used in Europe for a long time with great results but have only in the US for 8 years, they re worth the extra $3,000” but in my records it says I was informed of the rare lymphoma linked to the textured implants.) With that being said, I love my revision with Dr. Ary Krau in Miami. PS in Miami is so cheap compared to other cities and you could get them revised plus travel expenses for less than a revision with a different surgeon where you live. Like I said, they look great and someday (like definitely after having kids) you will want them revised. Them go see Dr. Krau!
*Then go see Dr Krau.
Honestly we are our own worst critics. No one but you, or other BA obsessed people on this forum would even notice. Almost all women, natural and implants, have some asymmetry. Don’t mess with your nipples until after kids if u want to breastfeed. Which what you think now may change by then.

Hmm.. deciding to do a revision for more symmetry and areola lift or not...?
So many questions that I have for my situation.... did my left breast drop too much after lowering of my breast fold? If I did a revision and had a new larger left breast implant put in would that help? Do I need to do a areola lift and that will even it all out? OR both?! An areola lift on my right and a slightly larger implant in my left?? So I had 520 high profile Natrelle round silicone implants placed about 6-7 months ago now. Starting out my left breast fold was higher & also my areolas were off by 1 cm & I had more breast tissue in my right breast. I wanted symmetry, fullness & evenness. When I spoke with my PS in the beginning he did warn me if I didn’t do a mini areola lift that the areolas would possibly line up, I was okay with it then. But now I sort of hate that I have two different boobs basically. Before my breast were asymmetrical and before I spoke with my PS I thought it was just my tissue. In my head I thought we could add a slightly larger implant in my smaller breast and that’s even it out. Apparently my PS said no he’d have to lower the breast fold in the end who knows at this point I think my left breast needs to be larger still and my areolas need to be align. Cause now my breast look uneven with the size and my areolas no longer align. Which sucks because now I am still self-conscious. Sad. To deal with it until possibly having kids or to just get a revision and fix it now? Does it look as apparent as it feels to me? Hmmm...
