Hi! I am cleared to go back to working out as normal now. Doctor pretty much just said listen to your body and don't push it. I do pole fitness, there are still some moves that I find a bit harder to do, a bit uncomfortable, but I find that time defiantly helps with that! So pretty much there hasn't been any negative effec
How do your breasts feel now? Are they soft or firm? Can you feel the implant if you touch the breast?

2.5 weeks post op

This is where I am at 2.5 weeks post op.
Slowly dropping. I am able to sleep on my side now.
