For reference, I am 5'2 113 lbs, very lean and a semi athletic build. I honestly don't even know what's my bra size since I opt for bralettes and camis that don't provide any support. I would believe I am along the lines of 32A. Due to my small build, I want small implants to avoid looking fake. Thinking 270 or 20 cc.

I had my pre-op appointment this morning, tried two sizes again 265cc and 295cc. According to my wish pics and my goals, the surgeon recommended 295cc and although I agreed, I’m still terrified that it would be too big on my small frame. I have a very active lifestyle and want to remain with a natural look, I want to be able to dress them up or down and not have them in my way while I exercise. Super excited for November 19th, but I feel like I’m losing my mind trying to decide on the size.

Girl I feel you, I have been trying to decide between 275cc and 300cc for about two weeks lol. Is that 295cc on the pictures?

Yes! And honestly the difference is minimal, but I'm still so scared of looking like a cartoon.

It looks very big on those pictures! I decided to stick with my gut feeling (I am active and do not want them in the way) and am going with 240 filled to 270cc (in two weeks). Looking forward to seeing how yours turns out!

I think 295 would be great, but as you say there is a small difference. The sizers always look bigger than what it looks like on your body, and you will get used to them quickly. 295 is on the smaller end, I think it will look great :)
I am super excited for my pre-op appointment, when I can finally decide on size with the help of my surgeon. My surgery is in 13 days but I won't get to do the pre op until two days before!
She will be measuring my ribs and that's what I'm going to base my decision on. I just want to make sure they are wide enough to cover the whole breast at moderate profile. I'm pretty small too, so she guessed 300ish will be best. I'm willing to go up to 350ish depending on my breast width.

You won't be able to see the difference in 30 ml.'s. That's 1 fluid oz, or a shot glass, but remember, that 1 oz will be spread over the mass of entire breast mound. Nearly imperceptible. Go with the 295's. They will look great, prob. C cup in most bras.

You said you want to look natural. With 295cc in the red t-shirt on the photo you don't look very natural. Go with smaller size it will be better because you have small frame.

Hi! I would say go for 295cc. I am 118lbs and 5’3. I’m a small frame girl. I was a 34A pre and I just had my surgery almost going on a month on the 21st. I went for the natural look so I got mod plus implants smooth round. At times I feel like they are small but other times I am so happy i went with it because it fits my body. A lot of friends and family didn’t even notice I got my boobs done as I kept it private but it eases my mind that I went for the natural settled look. The recovery was not too bad only thing I can say what was uncomfortable when your muscle contracts from going in and out the house lol from a cool setting to a hot (as I live in Florida) super humid. If you want to look at my pics so you get an idea of what the size looks like. I’m still sitting high they are slowly dropping. I’ll be 1 month post Opp Oct 19.

For reference again, I’m a petite 5’2 and my weight fluctuates between 110 and 112lbs. I’m currently a 32A (I think, I don’t wear bras often) and my goals are to be a perky 32C, natural looking and with implants proportionate to my body.

Hi there! I was worried about the size too. It stressed me out a lot because I had very very little breast tissue at all so had no idea what any size cc would feel like. My doctor told me that I had maybe about 100 ccs naturally. And that every 100 ccs equals about one bra cup size. Hope that kinda helps! I had my surgery 3 weeks ago and went with 335cc in full profile (one profile below high profile) with soft touch cohesive silicone.
