Dr. Steve is the Type of Surgeon I Aspire to Be!! -- Review from Another Doctor :)

I heard about Dr. Anna Steve from a friend who had recently gotten her breast augmentation done months prior and the results were excellent.
There are many plastic surgeons out there in the world, but Dr. Anna Steve was the only plastic surgeon I knew about who specialized in breasts and mastered low volume natural implants. Her Instagram is super helpful and transparent in educating about breast augmentation and I loved her entire portfolio of before/afters. As a doctor that operates on tiny bones, I’m very cautious about trusting others with my body and health, but I didn’t have a single doubt about Dr. Anna Steve as my surgeon. If you ever get a chance to meet and consult with Dr. Steve, you will know exactly what I mean.

At the consultation, I explained that I wanted something extremely natural but feminine. Nothing too busty or showy; I didn’t want to grab the wrong type of attention. I just wanted an augmentation that would enhance and fill out my A cup without the extra padded push-up bras. I wanted something that would fit with my proportion (I’m 5’7” and 135lb). Dr. Steve heard my vision and knew exactly what size and shape I should go for: 240cc moderate profile silicone implants under the muscle.

I was worried after the surgery that I would have to adjust to my new breasts, but no! When I woke up, I immediately felt like ME. This is exactly what I should have been born with is the first thought I had.

The recovery was too easy. No narcotics for pain was needed, just the usual over-the-counter Tylenol and Ibuprofen for inflammation. I had ZERO pain throughout recovery but mostly mild stiffness (sleeping upright was probably the most difficult). I honestly felt ready to move and go back to normal life on day 2 or 3 but chose to rest and relax for a week until my first follow-up visit. The nurse practitioner Shannon and Dr. Anna Steve both kept in touch with my via text/call throughout the week to check-in.

At the 1-week mark, I was encouraged to exercise and resume daily life. I think due to my smaller implant size, the recovery was extremely quick and I was ready to go back to work and perform my own surgeries, go out to parties, travel, gym, etc. A part of me wondered why I waited so long!

At the 3-month post-op follow-up, my breasts have dropped and fluffed significantly. I know it will only become more natural (rounded out at the bottom, jiggle around, and be more natural to touch) at the 6-month+ mark. I love them so much already I can’t believe it gets better than this.

Reflecting back, the size is perfect and I have zero regrets. I can still wear all my clothes and bras. I think I officially went from 34AA/A to a 34B, but I can comfortably still fit into my A cup bras. I can dress them up and have cleavage to look sexier in certain sports bra, dress, tops, and bikinis. But if I’m wearing my scrubs or regular shirts, it’s hardly noticeable which is personally great for professional or family-friend settings. I’ve caught up with friends/family and not one person noticed a dramatic change or questioned that I had surgery. I show them off when I feel like it!

I’m so glad I invested in the best in breast!!
Thank you so much Dr. Anna Steve and the loveliest NP Shannon
