3 Weeks Post Op

Alrighty so it’s been a little bit since I last posted. I wanted some time to let them settle because they weren’t changing too much the first couple of weeks.
I was using some wound closure strips similar to what the surgeon used after the initial strips fell off. They were okay for a bit but started giving me some irritation so the surgeon advised I switch to silicone strips to keep the would flat for better scar healing. I still have a good bit of the redness from the irritation I had.
My left breast is definitely a lot tighter than my right (dominant hand). It’s been the one that is higher and not as soft as my right breast. Nothing of concern at this point just typical since I’m not dominant on the left.

Day 3 Post Op

I have been dealing with a LOT of pain and discomfort. I know it’s partially due to the size I went with. Going from a 34B and inserting 485ccs means lot of stretching.

I’m getting frustrated at the inability to use my arms to do simple things like press the pump on my facial cleanser.

I think I may have don’t a little too much activity with putting my hair up and moving around more as my breasts got a little more swollen throughout the day. Apparently day 3-5 has the worst swelling so I am crossing my fingers that the intense pain will start to decrease by Monday.

My incisions from lipo and my microdermal piercing removal have been relatively painless since my body/brain is more focused on my breasts. Swelling on my tummy isn’t as bad as I’ve seen others experience so I am happy for that.

Day 2 Post Op!

So my surgery was yesterday afternoon. In total I got a BA, lipo, and then the doctor took my microdermal piercing out.

My surgery lasted just over 2 hours in real time but of course it seems like 2 seconds for me. When I woke up I have the infamous shakes and shivers. I immediately felt the pain and begged for something to help minimize the pain. The nurse tried to get me to eat a cracker but I could barely take a nibble.

After arriving at home I was very sleepy and sore. I still only ended I taking 3 pills my first day since I slept most of the day. I didn’t have problems eating or anything and only felt nauseous once.

My doctor said everything was looking great and let me know the hardest part for him was taking out my microdermal piercing!

I’m still very sore and in a decent amount of pain. Most frustrating part is not being able to move on my own in bed.
