Hello everyone. I’m sorry for being MIA these last few weeks. There have been some big changes going on. Moved from Florida to Michigan, got a job promotion, picked up a new project, etc. Just found some down time to finally check in and update you all. Boobs are looking more natural each and everyday. I’ve kind of been shitty with my sleeping positions. I sleep on my sides so that’s been a struggle. Still wearing my surgical bra except for when I’m going out to dinner/special occasion. I try to do massages frequently but I definitely do not do them as often as I should. Need to get better with those habitual practices. I’ve just started back with light workouts. Actually have yoga in the morning so that’s exciting! Again, I’ll try to be better at posting more often. Times are just crazy right now!

Pre-op thru day 6 before and after pics
I’m posting some before and after pictures so that you all can see the gradual change between my pre-op thru day 6. First photo is pre-op, second photo is day 2 and last photo is day 6. Amazing to see the transformation. Today I have my one week check up with PS. Will let you all know how it goes!

Day 6 update
Hi ladies,
So I’m definitely falling more and more in love with my body everyday. Boobs are slowly starting to drop. I’m seeing a visible difference each day. Tried on a bathing suit yesterday and was in love with the way I looked! Can’t wait to hit up the pool this summer. I’ve been feeling a little fat but that’s very typical with the pain killers/drugs I have been taking. Once I’m fully recovered, I have full intentions of going hard af at the gym. Now that I’m curvy up top, I need my bottom to match my curviness up top— looking forward to leg and glutes days!!!
As for feel, they are still firm. They do jiggle a little but if I jump up and down but they are still pretty hard. Tomorrow is my one week check up with Dr Altman. He’s going to teach me how to massage the breasts so that they drop quicker and feel more natural. My boyfriend wants me to take a video so that he can use it as a “How To” step by step. Excited for more progress in the coming days!

Looking great girl!! I am right there with ya and bathing suit shopping and for summer time!! Had my one week post-op today and started massaging them as well, mine are still real firm but look forward to the massages helping the process.
