Three month update
Tomorrow marks my 3 month post op.
I do have to say, my breasts have changed a lot (in a good way) over the past months, even though my doctor told me at my 6 week visit that they had minimal changing if at all from there on out.
They have definitely dropped and fluffed. They look more even (size wise) even though one is larger than the other. In certain tops with a bra, I can see the size difference.
I do still feel at times I could have gone with the 255cc implants. In looser fitting tops, my augmentation is unrecognizable and sometimes feel smaller than I did with natural breasts and bombshell bra that I wore for over a decade.
Naked, I love the size. Swim tops, love the size. Tight fitting camis with no bra, I love.
I’m just happy to be able to be out of push-up and super padded bras and feel confident.
I have yet to go bra shopping. I’m still wearing sports bras and cami style bras that I put swimsuit padding in to cover my nipples. My nipples are pretty much always hard, which they rarely were before implants. My hubby loves that part lol.
My scarring is getting better. Have been using a silicone scar cream, but not as often as I should. My scars are now flat, as before they were raised. Took about 2 months maybe a little longer for me to notice my scars beginning to turn flat.
Hope they get lighter. I have spray tanned in the photos, which could be why my scars look so dark.
Have had SO many symptoms of BII. My hair is still falling out, and extremely thin on-top, that has definitely aged me. Dark circles under my eyes are still there, along with a few other things.
I go back to see my surgeon next month to follow up on my symptoms.
Three months post op and I think I’m happy I chose 235cc. I’m pleased with the results so far.

Almost 3 weeks post op and am devastated
Have noticed no real changes in my breasts except for them moving further and further apart. I have such a wide gap, it looks ridiculous. On top of that, my boobs look so round and fake, they look like plastered on balls on my chest. My right breast is still noticeably bigger with a totally different shape and more upper pole fullness. So much so, that in shirts I’m constantly having to readjust as tank top straps and necklines ten to ride up on the side with the larger breast. The underpart of my boobs have not changed. Still very strange in shape and flat underneath.
I feel SO unnatural that I dread getting naked in-front of husband.
May husband wants to plan a short trip with me to the beach, and I am in no way looking forward to getting into a bikini as they look SO fake it’s embarrassing. Super wide on my body, round, and misshapen.
I have noticed my hair thinning drastically around my hairline over the past week. So much so to where you can now see my scalp. I don’t have much energy and am constantly tired. Praying I don’t have early signs of BII.
At this point, I’m either going to have a revision. If I keep feeling terrible or inquire new symptoms I’d even be prone to getting these out.
My pre surgery breasts were much better than these and I am in the mode of “what did I do”.
Not sure if I have malpositioned implants, if I may have early signs of capsular contracture in the right boob, if the profile my surgeon chose (mod plus) was not right for my body or what. Hopefully these can be fixed because I feel botched.

13 days post op. FLAT under boob
Went to 1 week post op last week. Surgeon said my breast are unlikely to change much more. Apparently not much swelling and will maybe fill out the underpart/bottom of breast a bit more.
I noticed a few days post op that both of my boobs started looking flat. HOPED it was due to the surgical tape being so tight, but not too hopeful. Was able to take the tape off 5 days ago and both breast (mostly my left) are significantly flat underneath which I am not happy about.
Reading on real self that it could have been a surgical error, not suturing the fold enough to match the natural breast fold. Other doctors say it could work itself out. I’m on the side of not working itself out, as my surgeon has already stated, they pretty much are where they’re supposed to be at this point and “may” round out a little more.
My right breast (which is bigger) also has much more upper pole and is MUCH firmer than my left. I pray they get softer, as at this point they are much harder and unnatural feeling than I expected. Surgeon told me they won’t get much softer.
Overall I’m becoming more happy daily of the size I chose. I do wish they were bigger in clothing, as like I’ve stated before, they are hardly noticeable. But naked and swim tops, I couldn’t imagine them being much bigger. I fell they would be much too wide on my frame. Maybe?
I hope I still have some changes to see and feel. If the flatness under my breasts don’t change, I will definitely have a revision as my breast were not one bit flat before surgery. Makes them look very unnatural and strange.
My 3 D imagining, in my case was not very accurate. I honestly liked the shape of my breasts more the day of surgery (Which is strange). They looked much more even and had a very nice shape.
