23, 5'3, 127lbs, no kids, 375cc (left) 425 (right) round smooth HP- about to get a 2nd BA to upgrade to around 600cc

I had my first BA done in march of 2015. I went with 375cc (left) and 425cc (right) due to assymetry, mentor round smooth HP implants. It's ok but I'm unsatisfied because I lack volume, upper pole, and cleavage.

I'm having my revision on March 30th! Looking to get around 600ccs but I'm kind of worried I'll look too heavy since I'm only 5'3 and 127lbs :/ still debating if I should switch to mod+ or stay w HP

2nd BA on March 30, 2017!
About to get a 2nd BA in next week and I'm excited and nervous at the same time! I want to make the right decision this time and be absolutely in love and happy with the results. I'm thinking of doing 600cc(left) and 640(right) -due to assymetry- and the nurse and I agreed on natrelle inspira moderate implants, which are moderate plus in other terms.
I want to jump the gun and try to get around 600ccs because I don't want to have to deal with boob greed again but I'm so scared I'll look top heavy! I'm only 5'3 and 127lbs no kids. I don't want to look like I'm about to fall over... does anyone have similar stats as me who went that big? Any advice?

Hope you get yoir dream boobs. I am almost 3 months post-op and i love them so much. They are 495cc hp, at first i thought tgey are to big..but as tgey settle down abit and drop..tgey are more and more beautiful. Im 5'2 116lbs, 2 kids.

Surgery day!
So I had my 2nd BA this morning and I feel good this time around compared to m first one. I'm up and about but still cautious about what I do. I went with 560cc (left) and 600cc (right) natrelle inspira moderate implants which is the inspira's version of moderate plus. I've taken a peek here and there and it's kinda hard to see with the bra and bandages.
Pain is so bearable, I haven't taken any pain meds at all. I'm hoping they turn out great. Can't wait till they settle in more.
