First BA vs. Second BA

Top is my first BA a couple days before my 2nd surgery. And bottom is my 2nd BA a few weeks post op.

Really happy with the way they're turning out! Had my post op appointment yesterday and the consultant said I could've went bigger which I agree. Now I can't stop thinking about it! I definitely feel like my body can carry a bigger implant without looking like a pornstar and I'm kinda regretting backing out last minute and opting for a smaller implant. I should've stuck with 600/640 but I keep telling myself 40ccs wouldn't have made a difference anyways. Hopefully they still drop and fluff and maybe appear a little bigger but I heard there's not much fluffing and dropping going on in a second BA.

Besides that, Im hating how bloated I am from this 2nd BA. I've never been this bloated before!!

You look really good!!! Are you still having boob greed? I think they look perfect. Im about the same in height and weight as you. I initially had gone from 400 to 700cc saline over the muscle. I got an infection and had to have my left removed for 4mths. I go in for my 4th Surgery on Wednesday and because of what happened to me I am choosing to go down in size a bit. Gonna get 550 hp implants filled to 600cc but my doc said if he can safely fill more than that he will to give me more of the fake look I love. Im getting really f****** nervous but super excited as well! Seeing your results is actually getting me so stoked about having 2 boobies again, finally!!!!!
Again, I just wanted to tell you, I think you look perfect with the size you went. I hope you're ultimately happy with your results when you're fully recovered. Best wishes!

Thank you so much! I'm happier with my 2nd BA, but there's always boobie greed and thoughts that I could have gone bigger lol. I'm sorry to hear about your infection! I hope your 4th surgery went well and that you finally have the results you've wanted!

Thank you! I'm doing well. I love my 2nd BA and I'm more satisfied with how they look like now, but there's always a small thought that I could have gone bigger! Boobie greed is so real!!!

I couldn't agree with you more! I suffered with boob greed for months and finally decided to get a revision. I went with the highest size silicone could go (800cc) to specifically avoid thinking I could have gone bigger. I am happy with the size but if silicone went up to 1000s, I would jump on it. I don't think it ever ends, so learning to love what we have is key. I think you look beyond amazing! Wishing you a wonderful recovery.

Surgery day!
So I had my 2nd BA this morning and I feel good this time around compared to m first one. I'm up and about but still cautious about what I do. I went with 560cc (left) and 600cc (right) natrelle inspira moderate implants which is the inspira's version of moderate plus. I've taken a peek here and there and it's kinda hard to see with the bra and bandages.
Pain is so bearable, I haven't taken any pain meds at all. I'm hoping they turn out great. Can't wait till they settle in more.
