Hey guys! This place has helped me so much on determining what size to get and planning everything, so I decided to post about my experience. It was still a little difficult trying to find other people with that same stats/measurements as me, so hopefully my posts can help out some other girls like me!
My pre-op measurements:
Waist 24.5 inches
Underbust 27 inches
Bust 29.5 inches
Hips 36 inches
Weight: fluctuates between 111-116 lbs
Height: 5’8
I just had my breast aug yesterday and chose to go with 255cc on the right and 275cc on the left to make my overall measurements a little more proportional. I originally wanted the shaped “gummy bear” implants since I have very little breast tissue to give that natural sloped shape, but changed to normal silicone after feeling how squishy and real-feeling they were, and went with moderate to try to look the most natural (my goal is that people who don’t know me any better won’t tell a big difference and look as natural as possible). My original bra size was always hard to figure out. I could wear 32A, 30A, or 30B depending on the brand and style. 30B from aerie fit me like a glove, but then 30A from Victoria’s Secret almost seemed too big? I am hoping to be around a 32C/30D when everything has healed and dropped. When trying on the 250cc sizers, I borrowed a 32C sports bra and it fit perfectly snug, and also fit perfect in a 30D bra. I uploaded my “before” pictures as well as trying on sizers. I’m still not allowed to take the gauze pads and surgical bra off until tomorrow but will upload more pictures then!

Thank you for sharing!!! We are about the same measurements and weight. This has helped me soooo much. I'm inbetween choosing 255cc and 275cc but everyone keeps saying to go bigger but I want the natural look as well. My BA is in 3 weeks. Your results are beautiful!!!

Thank you! It's been about a year and a half and I still absolutely love the size I got. And that's so exciting, good luck with everything!

Post op days 1 and 2 (and first pics)!

My surgery was on Monday morning, and the rest of that day was pretty good. On Tuesday is when the most pain hit though, probably because any of the anesthesia left had worn off and I slept though my scheduled time to take more painkillers and missed some doses. I do have more range of motion in my arms than I was expecting, but my left side (that got 20cc’s more) seems to be more swollen and has a little less range of motion. I’ve been using ice packs on my chest to help with swelling. Other than that, the only discomfort I’ve had is trying to raise up out of bed, as well as some pretty bad itching around the top of my chest and neck. I’ve been dozing off a lot during the day because of the medicine (I’m still taking Percocet and Valium regularly) and sleeping maybe 2-4 hours at a time during the night. One thing that helps a TON with staying elevated and comfortable is using one of those C-shaped travel neck pillows! I use this on top of propping up 3-4 other pillows throughout the day and at night.
Today hit the 48-hour mark when I could take the pads and surgical bra off and take a shower, so I’ve attached some pictures after my shower! Can’t wait to see what they look like once they’re dropped and fluffed!

1 week!

Today is the one week mark from my surgery day! I’m so glad I took an entire week off from work. I was on steady doses of Percocet until Thursday and Valium until Saturday. To be fair, I usually recover slower than most people with any surgery I’ve had in the past so that could be a factor, as well as starting out with practically no breast tissue/not as much room in my breast area for the implants to go in the first place so that could have made the stretching and pain worse. I’ve had a few sharp pains in the upper part and armpit area mostly on my left side, but apparently that’s normal. I had some bad reactions to the medicines and threw up once on Thursday, but it started getting better after that. (It also turned out I was allergic to the antibiotics given to me which what was causing the bad itching on my chest and neck! You can sort of see the red rash in the pictures). Today I went to school and work with no pain meds, but everything has just seemed to take a lot more effort and make me very worn out just doing simple things like walking to class and going to the grocery store. Thankfully I have a desk job that’s not physically demanding. I also had my one week follow up appointment where they took the surgical tape off as well as two stitches (I’m planning on adding pictures of my incisions later). I’ve attached some pictures that I took before my appointment, although they’re not looking super different yet. One side is dropping a little more than the other but that’s about all that’s changed! They still seem to be a little wide apart but they gave me an additional cleavage bra to wear over my post op bra which is pretty much just a sling that closes in the front for the purpose of pushing them together more.

Can you share what the sling bra looks like? Are you doing massages? My PS said to start massages on day 4. It hurt quite a bit! (I’m on sat 5 po abd still in some pain)

I can post a picture of the sling bra either tonight or tomorrow! And they told me to start massages after 1 week. My left side doesn’t hurt at all but my right side feels like there’s some nerve pain when doing it that can get pretty bad, so I’m hoping that gets better with time
