After realizing the 30D was a little tight, I went to a department store to try on 30DD bras and they fit perfectly! I added pictures, and that’s in a lightly lined t shirt bra.

Looking and feeling a lot more like actual boobs! Had my one-month follow up appt last week and said they have practically already dropped to where they need to be, and that my incisions are looking great and will be nearly invisible when fully healed. I added some pictures in a size 30D bra and it feels like a pretty good fit, but honestly it’s kind of on the small side! It is a plunge style so maybe I just need a fuller coverage bra. I’d like to try on a 30DD just to see what it would fit like, but I can’t find anywhere that carries that size. Overall I’m still super happy with them and the size! I was worried I wouldn’t have that natural slope shape and almost opted for the teardrop shape gummy bear implants, but I think doing round moderate under the muscle gave me that sloped shape I was looking for (plus the normal silicone in these is squishier than the cohesive gel used in the shaped implants)!

Finding a small band with a large cup size is very hard to find. Try Nordstrom you can order online if you do not have a store near you. They carry the largest variety of small bands in large cups the smallest they carry is a 30 band that goes up to 30DDD and their 34 goes up to 34G. Hope this helps!

Honestly, just wear somewhat supportive soft sports bras. Why buy expensive bras? Trust me I had a tiny little chest circumference and now that all I own are cushy sports bras 6 years later. Just saying!!

I was a 30F and that’s not possible to find. They aren’t even big, so guess what —bra size DOES NOT matter
