Breast Augmentation 2020: I definitely recommend Dr. Gelfant

I decided to get a breast augmentation as a gift to myself for my 30th birthday. I knew I would be going with Dr. Gelfant because my twin sister had gone with him 5 years prior, two of my other good friends decided to go with him as well. Their results were amazing and I knew I’d be in good hands. Unfortunately, I really didn’t know what size to go for and nothing was really recommended apart from the max amount of CC’s he would offer for me. Luckily, the internet has plenty of photos and recommendations for me to refer to. The day of my surgery was nerve wracking as the thought of going under was terrifying but the staff were so lovely and reassuring that it definitely helped with calming me down. When I woke up from surgery, I felt no pain at all and didn’t need any pain medication which was great because all I kept reading was how constipated it made people feel. My recovery was insanely fast, I was working the next day ( from home, nothing strenuous) and I felt fine. I did find it hard getting out of bed at times and sleeping on my back was a bit of a struggle, but it was honestly so worth it. I went with 425 cc saline implants and I’m happy with the size. It’s been 4 weeks now and they’re still dropping but they look amazing. The scar looks great too, I haven’t used any creams or anything yet to help lighten the scar but I’m really not bothered by it because you cant see the scar unless I lift my breast up. I’ve attached photos I just took today which is December 21st and my surgery was performed on November 24th.
I did have a small discrepancy with payment, I asked for saline but they had charged me for silicon. They refunded the difference right away with no issue.
I definitely recommend Dr. Gelfant, he’s an excellent doctor and I’m extremely happy with my results.
