Thank youuuu! We had originally agreed on 250, but I woke up with 190. Felt a bit upset when I found out... until I saw them. If I could change anything, I wouldn't. He knew what would suit my body best. Would I go bigger? Maybe the tiniest bit when I swap them in 10-20 years, but completely satisfied now

Thank you!! I'll be completely upfront, my body is horrible with scarring and keloids are a huge risk for me. That said, I had trouble finding them for a while lol. The swelling took a couple weeks to go away and revealed very thin lines that are perfectly placed in the crease. They are so so so thin and while pink right now, it looks like they'll fade away completely. I'll post some pictures of the scar progression by this weekend so you have an idea. His vision for a natural look is amazing, and while we had agreed to go bigger and I woke up with smaller implants... I wouldn't change a thing. Have you heard of the rice test? I'd try that for a few days so you get an idea on what size feels ideal for you. I had ordered silicone boobies on Amazon and would wear them all day at the office to see what felt right. The difference from 200-250 is very minimal (a few teaspoons) so if it were me, I'd show him a ton of pictures of the ideal look you're going for, trust his judgement & go with the bigger size suggested (:

Right?? Small implants really do go a long way. Shoulder to shoulder I'm about 15" for reference

All good :) I forgot to mention it in the original post. Dr. Shuster does round implants only. The anatomical ones can rotate in the pocket and the sloped can end up well... anywhere (sideway boobies!) while the round ones can spin around all they want without making a difference

Oh my god I cannot for the life of me find the incision line on one of the sides. I've tried flash videos zooming in and everything else you can think of to try to locate it. The other side superficially "opened" a little so I can see a thin, faint line. I'll be posting what they look like in a few weeks if you'd like to check back (:

Not going to lie, I was skeptical my boobs would end up looking like flat pancakes with a low profile... but he did a great job reassuring me and knew the exact look I was going for. Honestly, they look so much better than I would have ever imagined!

i have yet to discuss breast implant sizes with him and i was looking to do 225cc moderate plus profile but am now seriously considering 190 moderate classic because yours look too good. this is the look i'm going for as well, i don't want something that unnaturally protrudes from my chest. i would love if you could include updates on your scarring later in recovery :) thank you so much for your posts, so excited for you !!!

He was seriously so patient with me, going back and forth between sizes and taking the time to explain how each one would differ. I wanted moderate+ too, especially since the difference in protrusion between the moderate classic & the plus seemed sooo minimal. But like you, I was also scared of the unnatural out of place look. Once he gets the idea of what you're going for, he knows what's best for you to get there. So I ended up with moderate classic under his suggestion. Please make sure you know that you may need more or less in terms of volume and/or projection to get the same look as someone else. You can show him these photos or ask him to look at his file from the surgery he did on me on 9/21 @ 6:30 am, as having the notes might make it easier for him to convert it to your frame/ change anything to the way you'd like :) I have a rocky history with scarring so I will definitely be updating you on that one too!!

Thank you so much! I had showed a couple of pictures- but he said we could achieve better- and he was 100% right on that one. My favorite one that I showed him was a picture from his own gallery... I'll send it over to your inbox. I still have no idea how movement will be. They are the cohesive gel implants- which retain their shape more. I'm hoping they'll soften up enough to bounce and move naturally, and I'll keep you in the loop on how it goes. They're already starting to become a little soft!! (Swelling going down!)
