I wanted extra large breast implants due to never having natural breast's. So I choose Dr.Revis in Fort Lauderdale, Miami. He was very kind and explained his internal bra procedure to insure longevity of the heavy large implants. My results were what I wanted, One thing I wish he did explain was overtime the large implants will cause your tissue to sag and stretch out your nipples.

Yours look so perfect. I want mine to look just like yours. Dr. Revis is a true artist. Now did you get a revision or was this your first BA if you don't mind me asking? Also was the internal bra painful? Thanks

Awe thank you so much! It was my second BA first one was 500cc's silicone. I wanted them larger so went for the second- 1350 saline. Yes this was very painful to be honest, and internal bra is basically internal stitches that hurt until they are healed because your implant keeps moving over them.

Thank you so much for the info and once again he did an amazing job for you. One last question did you go over the muscle or under the muscle with you implants because when I go to get mine I am going to show him your pics and tell him that is what I want mine to look like if that is okay with you.

Yes they were supposed to be under the muscle, any implant if not under would sag way quicker which we don't want.

Thank you so much. I like them definitely fun but they are very heavy and I have to wear a bra 24/7 or they flop all over. If I were to do it again I would of went smaller probably 800-1000cc and had them placed as high as possible.

How is it buying clothes? I have s lot of designer dresses with the tags still on them. Did you have to get a whole new wardrobe?

Not as much as I thought I would have to, I tend to stick to stretchy material, dresses do fit differently though! Something that's supposed to look classy sometimes appears a little hoochie lol
