I Had

I had 1. Breast Augmentation via Tuba, 2. Full Tummy Tuck, 3. Umbilical Hernia Removal, 4. Lipo on both Hips/Flanks, 5. Lip on Inner Thighs, 6. Lipo on Outer Thighs, 7. Lip for Inner Knees, 8. Brazilian Butt Lift, 9. Fat injected in eyebrows, 10. Fat injected to under eyes on 02/28/2019. This was on a Thursday and on Friday I was able to drive myself to my follow up the next day. I'm in college for nursing and went to school on Tuesday, yes 5 days later and on the 6th day spent all day standing in clinicals at a hospital.
I woke up after surgery and I was fully awake (which was a relief because my mother was picking me up and I haven't and still won't discuss anything that I got done with her). I had no pain literally from the lipo that was done, which I was surprise from because I watched it done on YouTube and it looked like I would experience some pain, but no. There wasn't pain from the breast augmentation, but like everyone says there is a lot of pressure and massaging it does release some of that.
My only discomfort/pain came from my tummy tuck and the pain was not horrible but mild. Keep in mind I had a lot done there, a hernia repair, lipo, skin removed so that was my most sensitive area. My lower back also was sensitive when I slept because that's where the fat was injected and he did some lipo above the buttocks. I could function though, like I mention I was able to drive the next day and return to school that same Tuesday.
I generally have no pain tolerance, I'm a big baby when it comes to pain, like I'm popping Tylenol at the onset of cramps, so if you have a high pain tolerance you may experience less than what I felt, but it was not at all what I thought it would be like in a good way. I had 2 C-sections in the past and that recovery was long compared to this.
I don't know how the Dr. does it but you can function after getting procedures done. I was worried because I had to return to school, am a single mom with two kids and I'm busy because I have no help. Its now two weeks later and I'm still healing but I'm completely fine.

I had a lot done and I know I missed a lot of details !! But also the pictures are not exactly in the same positions because I wasn't planning to document anything but I decided to. I will be positing more.

I chose Dr. Grossman after looking through like a thousand before and after photos and one really stood out of what I felt I wanted for myself exactly to the T. Then I looked into his history and met him. He is great and is really honest with you, which lets face it sometimes people need because a patient can come in with some crazy ideas about themselves. His staff are really nice as well and they took great care of me.

Before surgery my Profile View: My stomach always stuck out even before 2 kids, never flat. After kids the skin was very loose and saggy with stretch marks. I tried doing those body wraps every 3 days for a year and it didn't work, only seem to lighten my stretch marks but you could still see them and I did insanity but I had so much skin there it would just sag. I had also gain 80lbs after each pregnancy, lost then gain so my midsection was not in good shape. The skin would stick out of jeans and a regular shirt. So I always wore baggy shirts or a little loose.

My breast Dr. Grossman told me were a B, but to be honest I felt flat chested. My breast were saggy, flat, long, my nipples were different sizes and I could notice when I was looking in a mirror. I breast feed, but I never had big breast until I gained 80lbs and lost. I always had small breast, and for years wore a Victoria secret bombshell bra. I wanted huge breast if I was going to get surgery.

I changed my breast size 2 times after meeting Dr. Grossman before my surgery because I was so afraid that they would still be small and Dr. Grossman was very approachable and open to discuss my concerns each time. So after surgery my Right breast received a 575 cc saline under the muscle through the belly button, and the left got a 600cc saline implant because it was smaller in general, put in the same way. After surgery your boobs are like torpedoes!! No lie, and they point down so its so important to massage the way he shows you so your nipples rise! There is so much pressure but it will past. In one week a lot of that pressure leaves (but there is still some) and you can see my nipples aren't pointing down because of the massages.

Okay my tummy tuck!! I got lipo on both flanks/hips by the bone above the buttocks area so there's no scar. The doctor got basically all that fat out of there. I have a great hourglass shape just from that. I didn't want any fat going to my hips, even though that's the trend so it all worked out. You can see the result right out of surgery. He put that scar line very low and gave me a new belly button, the old one had a stretched out belly piercing that he got rid of. He removed a lot of skin and made my stomach super flat. He removed my umbilical hernia and brought in the muscles. When I woke up from surgery I was already in a binder and the following day I saw just how much he did when he removed the binder. I'm so relieved it was done, this was like a dream and finally happened. There was pain, mild pain from this, I had 2 days worth of Percocet and then I had no trouble transferring to just Tylenol. I drove the next day to the follow up so I wasn't in any horrendous pain, it was mild.

I had lipo on my inner thighs/ outer thighs/ inner knees and I felt no pain from this at all, nothing!!!! Minimal drainage from these areas and in a week they scabbed over to heal. This fat was injected into my buttocks for a Brazilian butt lift. I also had noooo pain on my buttocks. Only when I slept was there some pain around the bone area where the injection of fat was put in and he did some lipo above the buttocks and so he lipo my flanks so there is no scars to my skin around the flanks/hips. The pain/discomfort went away if I Shifted my weight on my back. This is where most of any drainage come out and at the same time it wasn't a lot where I was drench. On my follow up the next day, all my dressing were changed by staff and I was able to shower at home. I would say I'm still swollen were my lipo was done and so I am very patient to wait to see the final result.

I got fat injected to under my eyes because I was starting to form bags. Also it was injected to my eyebrows because I was getting like 2 crows feet or a hood on top of my eyes. Bothe I could tell right away were successful. You can feel where it was put in, a little swollen, he made it look naturally and there are no scars a week later, little tiny scabs.

Yesterday I went to get a wireless bra at Victoria secret. I went from a very flat deflated B to a 34 E, but because bras can be adjusted I purchased a 34 DDD in 4 colors (which is the black bra I'm wearing).
You can see how much flatter my stomach area goes and continues like that all the way down. I've been putting scar scream on my new belly button and tummy tuck area scar. My breast are slowly dropping and I continue to massage. I haven't taken pictures of everything but I will. I continue pain free. I'm still swollen. Just a quick update! Will be back!
