WORTH IT
I am so glad I chose Dr. Chang for my BA! I am 4 weeks post-op BA with 385-415cc silicone, moderate plus, sub-muscular. I am already very happy with the results and the medical care I've gotten.
From the time I submitted an online contact request, through scheduling, consult, and the operative cycle, I have had a great experience. Earlier, I had a consult and scheduled surgery with a different plastic surgeon and ended up cancelling because I felt rushed and like a Barbie on an assembly line. With Dr. Chang and his amazing team, I really felt they all took my needs and desired results into consideration. I wanted to look proportional, as a petite size 10 that had 36A/AA, and really didn't want that unnatural, "chin boob" look. I didn't think I'd want to go above 325 or 350, but after talking with Sam, trying on different sizers, and having my measurements taken, we decided on the 400cc ball park and Dr. Chang recommended going 385-415 to help correct for asymmetry.
Surgery and recovery both went very smoothly. The first day was really the roughest, but had great post-op instructions and outreach from the team. I was sore and tired for a few days, but felt I could have returned to a desk job by day 4 (your mileage may vary, but I did write a major college research paper on days 3-5 lol). 1-week post-op appt went well. Carey showed me the massages to help the ladies settle down and soften, which I think also really helps with mobility and comfort. The first 2 weeks, I wore either cheap zip front sports bras or a smoother scoop-back yoga bra with hooks. I've transitioned to shaped wireless bras, which I'm between a full 38B or 36C depending on brand/cut. I will try to continue to update, but couldn't be more pleased so far.

Hot Girl Summer: 5-Month Update

Still so glad I chose Dr. Chang and his amazing team. I just had my third follow up appointment at about 5 months. My boobs have dropped and softened so much. They changed pretty dramatically during months 1-2 after surgery and look SO good. I finally look proportional to the rest of my body (39" chest w/40" hips). Trust the process, trust Dr. Chang's skill and eye, and trust the care you'll get afterwards!
