Hi everyone! Here's a quick update: I just turned 9 weeks post-op today. I feel great! I've been sleeping on my stomach for the past 3 WEEKS, doesn't hurt, I do have to change positions in the middle of the night sometimes because I feel discomfort, but no pain. I started the gym 2 weeks ago. I go 3 to 4 days out of the week. No pain while exercising. I basically just do the stair master, squats, and weights (no more than 20lbs). Have not started abdominal workouts and won't until next year. My scars are healing well, no complications. Swelling does continue to happen towards end of day, not alot though. I do continue to wear my compression garment everyday. I have two, I use one when I work out and the other one I use as my all day garment. I believe these garments are the key to a very nice result. I started right after surgery with a medium, and now I'm an X-small. I bought my garment at Huntington Park at a place called Columbia y su Moda. I actually like their garments more than the doctors.
So everything is just getting better for me, and I'm beginning to feel like I'm going back to my normal life. Check out my new pictures, and let me know if you guys have any questions

3 WEEKS POST-OP -TUMMY TUCK, BREAST LIFT, LIPO WITH FAT TRANSFER (NEW PHOTOS)
Hi everyone,
I'm now 3 weeks post-op and feeling better everyday that passes by. After some light house work, cooking and helping my children with homework, my abdominal starts swelling, then I start getting backaches. Swelling at the end of the day is part of the healing process, so there's nothing to worry about, as long as incision looks good. I feel my butt has gone down a bit, it's still a nice size, but I'm hoping it doesn't go down way too much, if not, I might just consider doing another fat transfer next year. I start work tomorrow, so wish me luck! First day of work, I'm sure will be tough because now I have to juggle work, house work and kids. Damn, us women do alot! :) Anyway, I've posted some new pictures, let me know what you all think.

Thank you so much for sharing. I have been going back and forth on Dr. Smaili for a while now, i too have seen all his snapchats and was impressed but i was looking for some mommy make over reviews on post ops to see how his patients recover and if they are truly happy with the results and yours is pretty detailed about recovery and all so thank you. I booked a consult with him and looking forward to booking a date. Anyways good look to you on your recovery, you look amazing btw (:

Thank you so much! I'm so happy you scheduled a consultation with Dr. Smaili, he's seriously amazing and has truly changed my life. My recovery was a little tough (first 5 days), but that's because I didn't eat nor did I drink enough fluids. Make sure you buy Gatorades, Pedialyte and stool softners prior to your surgery. Drink alot and it will help with dizziness, nausea and constipation. Goodluck and hope all goes well with your surgery. :)

Your results are great! I'm thinking about a mommy makeover too! Selecting a Dr. is hard :-( I love your results and I have a few questions: Did you get implants or just a lift? How did you sleep having a bbl and tummy tuck at the same time? Did you get the high lateral tension tummy tuck? Where does this doctor do the surgery, LA or OC county? I know what you mean about selecting a doctor. Just make sure you do your homework and research the heck out of the doctors. I did get small implants with my lift. I received 305 cc on one boob and 310 on the other (naturally one boob is bigger than the other). Omg sleeping was a challenge! I still have back pain due to bad sleeping position. Basically I put a stack of 4 pillows under my head/shoulders and a 4 pillows under my back/lower back. Then 4 or 5 pillows under my thighs and another set of 4 or 5 pillows under my legs. Note that pillows are stacked up on top of eachother. Purpose for this is to leave your butt hanging and not put too much pressure on butt. Hope this makes sense. My doctor does surgery and consultations out of his Brea, Beverly Hills and Upland offices. He's even done work with Dr. Miami. Hope this helps and goodluck with your surgery!

Thanks for your response. I live in OC so I think I'm gonna get a consultation at his Brea office. I like the way your breast look, that's what I want a lift and a small implant. What bra size were you before surgery and what size are you now? I think your doctor does a very good job, based on your pictures. Your waist looks awesome. Do you know how many inches went down? You must be very happy with your results!!!

I was a size 38C. Now I'm a 36D. I know everyone has complimented me on my waist. You know what i didn't measure my waist before surgery (I should've), but I'm currently a 29. Although people say it looks smaller than a 29. I think because of my hips.
Omg, it's crazy! I'm so excited and in love with myself now lol...j/k. I'm so happy with my results, and very blessed to have found this doctor. I want to wish you the best of luck and hopefully you book your surgery soon! :)

Yeah, your waist looks smaller than 29", yay! The picture you have from your back view shows a nice/small waist and good hips. Did he transfer fat to your hips too? Do you think the fat transferred to to your booty stayed? What parts of your body did he lipo for your bbl?

No fat was transferred to my hips, maybe it's my butt that makes my hips look bigger. Unfortunately, not all the fat stayed on my butt. I really liked how it looked right after surgery, don't get me wrong I still like it, but preferred that it be the way is was right after surgery. I was measuring 47 at my hips (which included butt) right after surgery, now I'm a 44 1/2 so it went down a couple of inches. According to the doctor it shouldn't go down anymore, it might even look bigger once all the swelling on my lower back subsidies. I had lipo on my flanks and lower back. I had a Follow-Up with my doctor yesterday and asked how much fat was taken out. He said he took out 1300cc of fat and he was able to inject everything into my butt (so 650/650). He said I had more lose skin than fat. I guess that's good, but at the same time not good if you want a good fat transfer.

Well, you look great! 44 1/2" is good. Too big is kind of a problem to find clothes that fit good hehe
Looking forward to seeing your update. I'm planning to do the MMO until next year but I'm doing all the research since now. I still have to figure out time off from work, save enough money, etc.

14 DAYS POST-OP-NEW PICTURES
I'm now 14 days post-op and I feel great! I'm so glad the days are passing by so fast. I just want to be back to normal and start showing off my new body lol. I still have bruises and am very swollen. One thing that I am a little concerned about is that the right side of my waist looks more swollen (I hope its swollen and my doctor
didn't forget to do lipo there) than the left side. It's not alot, but I can see the difference. I just hope it evens out. Other than that, I'm happy with results so far. I start work next week, so I'm a little nervous about that. I just wish I can go to work in my sexy business attire, but I can't. I have to wear loose clothing for another 3 weeks. Anyway, I'm posting more pictures now that I'm 14 days post-op, and I will continue to post as time continues to pass by. :)

First off thank you for documenting your journey. Your body type is the closest to mine, your before that is. I saw your after pics and thought to myself your look absolutely fantastic....I was like why am I keeping this to myself, lol. spread the love. So you are looking so great and you are only two weeks out you will only get better. You made me feel more confident going forward. Mine is in november.

Would you have broken down the procedures if you had to... I'm asking because I'm thinking about having fat transfer bbl then going back in 5 months and doing Tummy tuck lift with implant
