Where did it go wrong? Unsatisfied after BBL/Lipo

Giving the full story:

I started looking for a plastic surgeon for BBL in about March. I didn't find a doctor in California with the dramatic results I was looking for. Through RealSelf, I discovered that many doctors in Miami were skilled at performing plastic surgery. I found about 8-9 doctors whom had incredible results and we charging as low as $3800-WOW! Now, don't get me wrong. Not all these had perfect results. Some of the doctors at these low costs had dangerous and sometimes even fatal results. These doctors were immediately crossed off from my list. I narrowed my list to about 2-3 doctors I liked: Dr. Michael Salzhauer, Dr. Duran (Dominican Republic), and Dr. Jose-Perez Gurri. All 3 quoted me for roughly the same price, but Jose-Perez Gurri had the soonest surgery date available. After speaking with his staff and the doctor himself, I was ready to book my surgery date! They reassured me that the nurses and anesthesiologist were board-certified and I would be beyond happy with my results. I flew into Miami 2 days before my surgery, had my pre-op and everything went ok.

Here's when things got weird:
-When I asked the doctor how much fat he would be transferring, I didn't necessarily get a clear response. But he told me multiple times that I would love my results (though I thought this was a big promise to make).
-When I woke up from surgery, the nurse told my mother that there was not a lot of fat to be taken from my abdomen and back area and the surgeon would've preferred to add more if he could. This alarmed me since I figured the pre-op was to make sure that enough fat could be harvested to get the results I hoped for.
-When I took off the garment, I hated what I saw. It looked like I had a lot of fat on my stomach and back still. However, I was prepared for this- as I didn't expect to look great 2 days after surgery (swelling, fluid retention, etc.)
-When I came in a week later for an appointment, he immediately came into the room with a camera to take post-op photos. Hello?? How about asking to see how I'm doing before you start snapping pics for portfolio. I told the doctor that I felt ugly and although my buttocks seemed larger and wider, they weren't round and seemed a little flat. The doctor responded by stating that I was crazy and I looked great.
-He suggested me to get lymphatic massages from a nearby place so that I could heal rapidly. One of the massage therapists at this place told me that it seemed like a lot of fat wasn't removed and some areas weren't properly taken care. (Now, she isn't a doctor so I don't know how qualified she is to say that- however, she sees over 5 clients a day and has a good idea of what these women look like post-op).
-When discussing incisions, the doctor told me I'd have minimal scarring and it would hardly be noticeable. I have 4 marks on my back, 2 on my stomach (middle of stomach so very difficult to conceal with different types of summer clothing) and 2 on my hips. After this surgery, I was hoping to gain confidence to wear summer/beach clothing that showed off my curves. I ended up losing all confidence I had to begin with and actually cover up more to hide the scars.
-CELLULITE, CELLULITE, CELLULITE
-I'm putting more hours in the gym than ever before because I feel like my butt isn't round and just kind of deformed.
-I called their office to express my concerns back in AUGUST 2016, it is no February 2017 and I have not received a single phone call from them.
-The cost of the surgery + post-op massages (which are painful btw) + hotel stay + car rental + flight= $11,000 down the drain.
-I'm so unhappy, I wish I would've been more patient and went with a doctor that gave me satisfying results.
