Worst Experience for BBL

I went to Dr. Salama for my first bbl and lipo. First off, I must say when I went to his office, all the girls that you can tell got work done on their body, had the same shaped butt! His signature bbl is the extra big butt with projection. I told him I want something natural looking and not too much fat injected. What does he do? Injects too much fat. He did such a bad job on the lipo of my abdomen that I now have a hernia in my umbilical area. I have a burn mark on my torso area and I have one area on my hip that is protruding out more than the other side of my hip. I had to go to another doctor to get it revised. I would not recommend Dr. Salama if you want a custom butt that compliments YOU. If you want a butt that looks like everyone that looks like they had a butt job - go to him. All of the bbl’s that I’ve seen in person that he did look so artificial and unflattering. For years I was so unhappy with the way I looked. I didn’t want to socialize or go places because people stared at my butt and I can hear people talking about how they knew I had a butt job. These plastic surgeons who have practices that are run like factories don’t care about the psychological damage they do to you. They just care about pumping a certain amount of surgeries per day. Be careful of who you choose and thoroughly do your research. Realself is not the only place to go to research a doctor.
