The worst dr ever saggy but and Paralysed mouth

Hello all,
I had my bbl with dr Tarick smiley in LA and man that was the worst decision I made. I did my research and saw before and after BBL treatments. I feel like a fool for flying overseas for him and for paying lots of money for such work. I'm left me with a saggy huge butt and uneven butt cheeks. Also I did my chin lipo and one side of my mouth was paralysed for 5 months because he damaged a nerve in my chin, so when I talk or smile only one side is functioning. He told me it will go by itself in few weeks but it stayed with me for 5 months
I had a flat square butt, I asked for round perky natural butt. He injected 1500cc in each cheek which is way too much With no messages or drainage tubes, he stitched the BBL holes right away. Not to mention he left me with a lot of unnecessary scares from the BBL incisions. I saw lots of BBLs dr don't do us much as he did.
I wore my garments everyday, I never slept or sat on my butt for 2 months. I was following all the instructions. I ate a healthy diet, drink lots of fluids and Gatorade, took all the medications given. So to be sure that the results wasn't from my lack of after care.
When I contacted the dr through Dalia his assistant she barely replies. They don't want any complaints. I asked for a revision, she kept on saying I don't know when we will open appointments. I said people book months ahead for surgery and you are telling me that we are it certain because he travels a lot ? After me being consistent that the dr should see how my butt looks after 5 months, he commented that my butt will change, it will not stay this way, the droopiness is from the fluids ?! And if you want to fix it pay the same amount again ?! Not even a discount plus he asked me to put on weight so he way to inject more ad more fat.
I thought a lot about it and I said I'll never trust this dr or his tribble staff again
More than 3 years later I'm stuck with the same exact shape nothing changed only got worse more sagginess from all the weight of fat injected in my butt it's 3 litres of fat in total I can't believe it !
Now I'm looking for a revision bbl with a good dr that can help me achieve percky round butt I'm attaching a wish pic .
Is it achievable is there any hope to change my diaper saggy butt
