Dr. Zach & his crew was amazing...Very professional and great bedside manner...They made sure I was comfortable & aware of everything that was about to happen...My skinny bbl looks natural and appropriate for my body type ...I honestly couldn't be any happier!!!!

Is the photo on the left on the side by side a before? If so, your body was bomb before. Looks like you just had lipo. Projection looks pretty similar. You look great though either way.

I disagree you can see noticable projectionand fullness in the minimus and maximus region. I think some people have unrealistic expectations unless you want 2 watermelons on both sides of your behind and extreme projection in the hip and lats....
I don’t think most people go in for a BBL with expectations to be left looking the exact same. You can’t even see her full profile but from here you literally can’t tell the difference but she looked amazing before. But still if I can’t tell your before and after apart what’s the point lol. Some people do want extreme results however there is a happy medium in that results can be achieved where the patient looks noticeably different but still natural and nice without being too much.

Hi, you look great. I’m considering him for an athletic bbl. Do he use drains?
I have my surgery scheduled with him in a few weeks. Dr Zach doesn't use drains, and doesn't have you wear a faja until 4 or 5 days after the surgery
Why doesn't he allow you to use the faja right afterwards?
