I'm a 36 yo male that had a BBL performed in March 2020 (right before the pandemic got really serious). My goals were to slim down my waist, have abs for the first time in my life, and be able to keep my body lean while also having a small bubble butt. I started doing the research about a year before, and found Dr. Salama through Realself. Seven months beforehand, I had an email consultation with his office. It went a lot better than I thought it would. The doctor recommended I gain some weight and his office broke down the pricing and other details. I found it to be pretty affordable, and the way things were explained gave me confidence that Elite would help me achieve my goals. I decided to look no further.

I'm 6ft and was around 170 lbs. I gained about 10 additional pounds for the surgery. I'm very athletic and my body tends to stay really lean, around 160-165lbs. Before my BBL I had absolutely no butt to speak of. Now one year later, after a full recovery and some diet and exercise, I have a nice lean, fit figure, with defined abs and a natural-looking, small bubble butt. Yes, I purposefully lost weight after surgery, and yes my butt got a bit smaller. My goal was not to have a huge booty, just a bit of a curve even after leaning down the rest of me. My butt feels very soft and natural, and looks very sexy. I was hoping for a bit more projection at the top part, but that comes more from the muscle than the fat, I've learned. Overall, I'm very happy with how I look.

The procedure and recovery is intense. It was a scary to be put under, have a catheter and breathing tube inserted, and have my body stabbed repeatedly. There were many moments of intense pain during recovery, and prolonged discomfort, as well as some blood and general ickiness. But the medication and help from the nurses and staff made everything very manageable. I had a family member help care for me, but was mostly on my own. I was relatively mobile and independent just one week after surgery, and it took about 3 months for me to feel comfortable doing light exercise again. It was 6 months until I felt like I had fully healed, and I wasn't able to sit on my butt or lie down on my back until then. I was still feeling the tightness from the lipo in my muscles/skin 9 months later!

It was hard, but very worth it. I love my sexy new body. If I were braver, I'd post photos. Sorry! But trust me, the results are great.
