He ruined my body - my butt and hips are extremely uneven

ORIGINAL POST

Dr K Ruined my Body!

I got a bbl with Dr Kalsow and my butt and hips are extremely uneven. My hips don’t blend into my thighs and it looks like the fat was just placed in my hips. The fat that was transferred to my hips is very protruding and lumpy. My butt looks like a “diaper butt” where too much fat was inserted and now the bottom of my butt is saggy on my thighs. After my surgery, I told Dr K about my concerns and he said he could fix my hips and my butt at an additional cost, which I agreed to. After he “fixed” my hips and butt, I looked even worse. When I went back to Dr K, he was so rude and condescending. I told him people were pouting and laughing at my body and he said “ he doesn’t think that happened but okay” and walked out of the room. I left his office crying. No one reached back out to talk to me and asked if I was okay with my body. I paid almost 28k and literally hate and regret everything Dr did. I’m not able to wear tight jeans, tight dresses, leggings, or anything that is remotely tight on my thighs and butt. I went into Dr K with just a few insecurities and walked out with a awful bbl, a huge bill to fixture botched bbl and so much more.

My hips and butt look extremely unnatural, I wanted more of a natural look to compliment my body ( which I told him multiple times prior to surgery).

Also my patient coordinator was very disorganized and rude.

Hi, I agree, your hips could have been made smaller. When I fill the hips I try to put a little more fat there because some fat goes away. In your case all the fat lived and grew. Before you had no hips, now you have hips, that is probably why people look. The asymmetry everyone has to some degree, and I never promise to correct asymmetry, because a lot of it has to do with bone and muscle structure. Also cellulite and skin dents remain after fat transfer, and the shape that comes out depends on skin quality and how the skin stretches. If you look at your before photos you had asymmetry, cellulite, irregularities/dents, and this is normal. Maybe we should have just done lipo360 without fat transfer. That way your waist would have shrunk, and the hips/butt would come out, but not as much. But I agree, the hips could be smaller. Come in and we will fix it. We would liposuction them more to remove the fat that I placed there. I am here every Wed and Sat, so come in and we will make a plan.
If you mess something up, do you fix it for free? Because it is unfair that a patient must suffer and pay twice for your mistake.
