Mediocre - there is more fat left on my right side than my left

It has been 3 months, and I can officially say that I am completely unhappy with my results. My Lipo is uneven. There was more fat left on my right side than my left side. So, it sticks out more. My love handles are the same as before surgery. Also, my butt cheeks are very different. My right butt cheek is bigger and has a cuff at the bottom. My left butt cheek is smaller and doesn’t have a cuff. So, basically more fat was left in the right side of my torso, and more fat was put into the right butt cheek. The amount of fat put into my hips was very minimal even though I stressed that this what the reason I was getting the surgery. Overall, my results are subpar at best. I look almost exactly how I looked after three months on the keto diet lmao. While trying to decide on doctors, I read nothing but good reviews about Dr. Earle. Unfortunately, I did not have a positive experience, and am very disappointed with his work. So, reviews definitely aren’t everything... lesson learned. I should’ve chosen another doctor. I DO NOT RECOMMEND HIM if you’re looking for consistency! I will be getting a round 2 after I am 6 months post op. Needless to say, it won’t be with Dr. Earle.

Faja questions addressed
Ladies I appreciate all of you comments and suggestions, but please stop asking me if I wear my faja. I wear my faja every single day. I have also had my garments taken in. So, it has nothing to do with why my waist line is the same as before my surgery. My doctor just didn’t do much in that area... that’s all. It has nothing to do with what I am or am not doing. He did not take out that much fat! He didn’t even take out a full 3 liters. So again, I appreciate your suggestions. But please stop asking about that faja. Yes, it can mold you. However, it does not work miracles. If that was the case, no one would need surgery. You would just be able to wear the faja to get the shape you want.

It sucks when you get disappointing results. Waste of money, but especially with such a tough procedure like a bbl, it is the recovery.
Who are you thinking of going with for round two? I'm finding it difficult to pick a surgeon as always find bad reviews on them

Yes, it definitely does suck. I would like to go to Colombia for round 2. I’m stuck between two doctors. It is a difficult choice though... there’s always going to be some sort of negative review.
Yeah, I think surgeons need to care more about their patients as individuals and how much surgery means to us. Like working your ass off to save up for it only for the doctor to not care about doing a great job.
I hope round 2 goes much better for you! I was thinking of Dr Earle but this has put me off somewhat

I totally agree. I think that they feel we should be happy with whatever. But going through something like this takes a lot of preparation- mentally, physically, emotionally, and financially. I wish they understood that smh. However, I do think that Dr. Earle is a good doctor. I just think it’s a hit or miss when it comes to getting what you ask for from him. There are ladies in my comments who have said that they asked for more natural curves and ended up with vixen bodies. On the other hand, I wanted something more noticeable and was given very subtle changes. So, Idk... he’s 50/50. Goodluck with your search and Thankyou!
I really don't understand why dolls do this. Why would you go in for plastic surgery, but expect the garment to do all of the work? Like what are they expecting the garment to do? Suck out the fat the doctor left behind? Make it make sense. been done by the doctor!!! Some of use are not okay and thrilled with mediocre results, some of us don't go in with jacked up bodies and happy with any improvement. Some of us go in with small problem areas we would like to address to only come out looking worse or like nothing has been done. Sorry for the vent lol.
This has to be the BEST COMMENT I’ve read thus far! This is exactly what I keep saying! It makes absolutely no sense. I wish I could make sense of it. The faja does not work magic... we have to be realistic.
And I completely agree with you on that. Some of us already have a decent shape... so a tiny improvement is unacceptable. Who wants to pay to look almost the same? Thank you for this!

Pulling up on 8 weeks post op
Sorry I haven’t updated in a while. I have been trying to give my body time to develop... which it hasn’t. My midsection has looked the same since day 1. So, I definitely don’t want to keep hearing about swelling. The only thing that has changed is the type of discomfort that keeps me up at night throughout the weeks.
Weeks 1-3 : Tender skin & Soreness
Weeks 4-5: Fibrosis (My body knotted up horribly. The knots are mostly gone now thanks to my massage therapist)
Weeks 6-8: Lipo Itch ( This is probably the most annoying. I’d rather deal with being sore. My sleep has been even more nonexistent and nothing seems to give relief).
Measurements Pre Surgery
Waist: 33 in
Butt/Hips: 44.5 in
Measurements 8 weeks Post
Waist: 31 in ( a whole two inches lol)
Butt/Hips: 46 in
So, basically my doctors took off a whopping two inches off my midsection and added it to my butt. That’s nice. It definitely was not work 5k. I still have love handles and everything. If I had to do things all over, I would have chosen another doctor. Dr. Earle was cool and all I guess, but he basically got free money.
Also, my butt cheeks are different. The left has a small dent- which still hurts occasionally- and what looks to be a tiny bit of fat necrosis. The right cheek is larger and has a cuff at the bottom. My stomach is not as flat as it once was... there’s a bulge where my fupa used to be ( that’s the only thing that I think could be swelling but we will see). I only look good in my faja.
My stomach is super squishy too lol.
Is this normal???
Simply put, I think he did an OKAY job. Idk... maybe he got tired and wanted to take a little nap. It seems like he’s worked miracles for others. He definitely half-assed me though. Maybe I just wasn’t worth the extra time and effort.
I am aiming to get round 2 in December.
I don’t think I need to even mention that it won’t be with Dr. Earle.
I’ll post more pictures down the road. But honestly, I look the exact same.
So, it’s sort of redundant.

I feel the same way omg. I wanted to love my results with him. But sadly, they are mediocre at best. I'm only 10 days post op so I'm still swelling, but I can already tell there's not going to be too much of a difference in my body. The only main difference I see is hips and I do have more of an hour glass shape now. But you can't tell that I got anything done to my butt.
I’m sorry you feel that way. Maybe things will change over time. But I could tell very early on that I was not going to see any significant changes. I’m the complete opposite of you though. He did not give me an hourglass shape nor do I see a large difference in my hips. My butt was the most noticeable change, but it has gone down a lot and now looks more natural. You can’t tell I got anything done either. It was a waste of money and time... not to mention the constant state of discomfort and lack of sleep.
It's crazy because I asked for natural and he ended up giving me vixen. I'm hoping the curves settle into something I'm comfortable with.
Wow really?!?
Any photos?
Any photos?
Same here. I asked for natural and he gave me voluptuous hips and butt.
Wow
Are you wearing your faja???

I’m so sorry this happened to you as well! It’s so disappointing to leave surgery more insecure than when you went in. It’s such a waste of time and money. How do I find the Facebook group? I wish I would’ve seen more negative reviews before I chose him.... I literally saw nothing but good results. So that’s what [RS bleep] me off. It would be interesting to see that others are also going through the same things... especially the one cuff and uneven Lipo situation. How are you going to treat your fibrosis? I had a ton of knots on my abdomen. My massages helped so much though.
