I hate to do this but I can't imagine permitting more women to go through what I went through with Dr. Aslani at Cirumed.
I got bbl 360 with Aslani in March 2020. I researched my surgeon and trusted him to do my surgery to the best of his abilities and had very reasonable expectations. In an era of the "me too" movement, it should be expected that a surgeon you give your hard earned money to, will respect specific wishes especially when MY body stays MINE regardless of if I trust you to alter it.
During the consult, I asked Dr. Aslani not to lipo my thighs as I loved my thick legs and per my research, I didn't want to risk cellulite on my legs as I have seen so many girls get from lipo here. I also expressed that I didn't want visible scars and due to all my tattoos, hiding the bulk of them wouldn't be too difficult. I also stressed that my main priority for surgery was a natural looking stomach.
Dr. Aslani was rude during the consult and decided it was appropriate to mention that even his wife was not happy with aspects of her surgery with him. He told me to let him do what he wanted and with that I was prepped and operated on. After surgery, he stitched all my incisions closed and I got no drainage massages even though I had paid for multiple. I got no rides to and from the clinic as I had paid for either. It took me over a year to get the staff at Cirumed to look into my case and confirm I had not received services I had paid for. To this day I HAVE NOT been refunded for the services and get ignored or the run around from staff. I had no follow up appointment with my surgeon and got no post op support.
Dr Aslani liposuctioned my thighs despite my asking him not to. I now have hideous cellulite/scar tissue all over one leg that is not fixable. I also have a scar between my legs that I had to have a revision on. The scar revision surgeon excused a Lima bean size piece of fat out of the scar area and said it was left behind by Aslani's sloppy cannula wielding hand which had caused this scar to pucker. The scar itself was around dime sized and made me insecure as I couldn't wear shorts without someone asking me what it was. Dr Aslani also failed to hide incision scars and gave me one in the upper middle of my butt. No thong bikinis for me as I have a scar that screams bbl on my butt cheek. My stomach also has some minor lumps and bumps from sloppy lipo and I now hide my stomach as these irregularities are embarrassing and unsightly. To top it off, one butt cheek is larger than the other and one hip has less fat than the other. I told Aslani I wasn't a "size queen" and he packed 1,100 cc of fat in each cheek ensuring I would have cellulite, and stretch marks where prior I had no irregularities.
This surgeon does what he wants. Unless you don't mind a rush job, I suggest Dr. Jung in Houston for bbls and not Dr. Aslani.
Anyone who wants advice on better surgeons is free to message me and I am happy to share my personal experiences.
