So far results are great. I feel back to normal. Some swelling after long days of work. I’m still using my faja for about 14-16 hr a day. My incision has heal wonderfully. I do have some cellulite on my cheeks that wasn’t that noticeable before but now is, but I’m still happy with my results. I wish my butt was a little bigger but hey, a thousand times better than before so.

BBL/TT/Lipo 360
I have never done a review in my life, but I felt like so had to in order to help everyone who’s interested in choosing Dr. Salama. So, my surgery was 4/7/2022. I had my surgery schedule a year in advance with Nancy. She was great as seeing all my question from the beginning till the end. I went for my pre-op the day before surgery and everything regarding my surgery was explain there. The following morning I arrived at 9am for my surgery. I was attended pretty quick. Was brought in to the room, changed in to the gown. I waited about 20 for the doctor to come in. He than ask me a few questions, explains the procedure and marked my body. I felt like everything was going so fast, but I wasn’t even scared or worried at all. Next thing I know they come get me, have me walk to the operating room and I laid on the bed. Less than a second I was gone.
I woke up to the nurse telling me I had to wake up and leave because I had been there longer than expected and my husband was waiting. I was so confused. So I said, I’m ready let’s go. She wheeled me out to my car. I had no pain at the moment. Got home use the bathroom fine, took the pain medicine and slept a lot. One thing I will share is this, many of the videos I watched on YouTube had me really scare regarding the blood everywhere. So, I prepared the car, the couch, the bed and bathroom for all that blood. But thanks to Dr. Salama I did not bleed at all. Everything was so dry and clean. Now, to get comfortable was the worse part of it all. You can’t put pressure on your new butt and you. Any lay on your belly so what do you do. I sat on my boppy pillow. I wasn’t that uncomfortable but it does get tired. Pain wise wasn’t bad, but I did stay on track I made sure I took the at the correct time. I ended up only needing them for about 3 days.
Now the massages everyone worries about so much. They didn’t really hurt, it was more like when you have bruise and you push on it. Like that type of pain if you know what I mean. I was way to bruised for them to put my second stage faja on during my follow up appointment so I had to wait an extra few days. I had 3 drains, which by the way you barely feel when getting them taken out.
Now for the things I wish they had done a little different. I was told a price if I wanted to add lipo to any other areas. By the time I decided which areas I was going to add, the prices had gone up and my quote was not available anymore. Even though I was told that price. Second thing, I was told if I needed Cell saver I had to pay extra $500. After surgery they told me I had to pay it, but to be honest how do I know if I even got it. I guess I did need it because I was getting charged for it.
Now for the final thoughts on the doctor. I’m in love with my result. I think he did a great job and I love my new body. I was flat, flat and no hips at all. I love my hips, my butt looks good. It’s not big, but it’s definitely better than what I had.
I will for sure recommend him, he’s a great doctor and will really give you that rocking body you are paying for. I will add pictures to show you all!

Thank you for sharing your journey. I'm happy to hear that you love your results. Please keep us posted on your progress and happy healing :)
I really would like to see your results I have mine schedule for early next year
Ive been thinking of getting the same procedure. You look amazing! Would you mind sharing your stats and how much did they transfer to your butt.
I’m not sure how much I got transferred, because I was never told. But I’m 5”1 and my weight was 181. I’m now 175. Which isn’t much of a difference, but it’s all in my butt. lol 100% worth it. I recommend it. The first few weeks will be rough, but after that is great.
Thanks for responding. I read somewhere that in Florida if you do two procedures at the same time that they can only use 1000cc total. I like the before and after from this doctor. I have been looking to have a BBL and tummy tuck for 5 years. I I would be traveling to Florida. Doctors here in my state are not as good in plastics. Thanks so much!
Did you have the bbl and tt at the same time? It sounds like yes. How did you sleep after during recovery? Looks great btw!
I keep reading you have to sleep on your side but how?
