You will lose more as time goeson. Im 5'5" 140pds. Lipo on flanks & bbl . Its9 months I still haven't slept in the bed on my back, I sleep. Chair with a hole cut out the butt. So you know that I'm more than following the rules of taking care of this BBL do you want to see mine before and after pictures I will show you. I got the surgery done by Dr. Francis although he is very nice I think for working as many years as he has been a surgeon, he should've known by looking at me that this results would not be satisfactory
Your results look amazing! Did you have drains in after surgery?
Thank you! I didn’t end up needing drains afterwards
Excellent result...
Did you keep most of the volume from your bbl?
ORIGINAL POST

Thrilled with the Results

Almost 4 weeks post op and so happy with the results I knew it wasn’t going to have a much larger butt due to the amount of fat I had (5’4, 130), so it was mostly the contouring that made a huge difference. Before I had serious hip dips and my stomach and flanks looked flabby. The shape of my butt was uneven. I had lipo on my inner thighs as well, although I wish a little more fat had been taken out there. I love the hourglass shape I have now. I just hope I don’t lose any more volume
The recovery was brutal. I’ve had rhinoplasty and breast augmentation and didn’t think this would be much worse but it was. I couldn’t get up the first few days without help and not being able to lie down on my back, I could not get comfortable at all. And not sitting! Even with the BBL wedge pillow, it’s so uncomfortable you might as well not sit at all. In the end, still worth! I just didn’t anticipate how frustrating and uncomfortable it would be to not be able to sit/lie down for this long

You look great! Your results look natural
Thank you!!
Amazing results !!!
Your results are beautiful! How long did you have to wait before sitting or lying on your back? I have a lower spinal fusion so it's hard for me to sleep on my stomach and I'm worried that'll make recovery extremely difficult. Are you allowed to sleep on your side at all?
Hi! I have heard you can, but when I slept on my side I felt like I was putting pressure on the side of my butt. Instead I slept on my stomach, but turned my upper body left/right so my arms were on the same side but my butt was facing up (it that makes sense)
Gotcha! I'm not sure if that'll be enough to alleviate my lower back pain if I'm not almost completely on my side like usual. Plus I'm thinking I need some fat transferred to my hips after losing almost 100lbs (40 more to go) and I've read reviews that stated if you have your hips done as well you literally can only sleep on your stomach :/ Anyway, thanks for responding so quickly!! How long were you told you have to wait to sit on your backside? Definitely seems difficult with a desk job.
I was told 2 weeks, but there are so many differing opinions and a lot said 6-8 weeks you should try and not directly sit So I’m still scared to after 4. I didn’t sit at all for 2 weeks and started using the BBL wedge pillow after that. That’s super uncomfortable and I can only stand it for 15-20 min at a time. I’m trying to make it to 6 weeks before I sit normally. I’m not working, just online school where I can stand up constantly. Honestly if I had a desk job where I had to sit all day with the pillow, I don’t think I could do it. Driving with it is hard too bc it hurts your back trying to keep that position
Ugh! They really need to come up with some kind of solution for this lol. Thanks for the info
Wowwww love it im looking to do lipo360 with this doctor :) did you had local anesthesia or iv sedation? Did you feel any thing ???? Please tell me this is what stopping me of doing the lipo
I had general anesthesia (IV). Wouldn’t have done it any other way! You’re out cold then you wake up like no time has passed lol. It’s really sore and the worst of the pain was only a few days but you’ll have pain meds. Honestly nothing that you can’t handle! With my BBL, it was mostly the not sitting/lying down that drove me nuts. Do it! You won’t regret it :)
I done lipo before i know its really painful first 3 days ! I wanna do it again this month ! This doctor is the best ! Iv sedation is like general anesthesia but you don't breath on ventilator right ?
I think a ventilator is used during general but I’m not positive..you do have a mild sore throat after. When You’re awake you get an IV and then you’re out so I’m not too sure what happens after. I’ve had general for all my surgeries and never had any issues! If you’re doing lipo 360 I’d def go with this doctor. I wasn’t sure how much of a difference the lipo was going to make on me but it’s huge
Thanks dear sure i will
You look great, nice results. Happy healing
Thank you :)
