My coordinator Andrea is very nice when she takes your payment, but since having low iron and failing my iron level test I requested a refund. I initially wanted only partial refund, because I wanted to keep the deposit for a later date when my iron levels reached normal levels, and when I was feeling better, I contacted her in July for a refund. It's so embarrassing, I messaged her almost everyday, and barely realizing that it's already September going on October, you girls be careful! I don't know why shes holding on to it. Im not sure why she doesn't want to refund me. I call a couple times a week, not because I need the money! But because it's not right, I'm very unimpressed with this type of service, I called to talk to Edith who told me Andrea has the only right to refund me back since she's my coordinator, I asked to talk to the manager, they will not let me. My issue still has not been resolved and it sucks, just be careful, do the coordinators get a cut from the deposit, is this why she doesn't want to refund it back. It's also funny, she gave me a call asking if I was interested in a procedure, and I told her, "excuse me, you are my coordinator and I'm still waiting on my refund. It's ridiculous, all about money, but no good service. I would screenshot messages and show you all, but I don't want to to that, it shouldn't have to be this way.
