Saggy butt wide waist line
Here’s me walking away. I am wearing a thong under those shorts. I don’t think these are good results. I do not have pictures of me naked before the surgery as they were left on my ex boyfriend’s phone when we broke up. But this was my shape before surgery except my butt was flat like a pancake. As you can see, in pants, the bottom is my butt sags terribly.
Stubborn African or Haitian Fat
Dr. Del Vecchio is a very nice and easy going surgeon. However, I was not satisfied with his work. After spending nearly $11000 on a BBL at his office, the results were not good. I looked pretty much the same. My bra strap area did not get liposuctioned. He was supposed to transfer fat to my hips, I still had huge hip dips. I only lost 3 inches off my waist. The only indication that I had work done was my lower back. All the fat was gone there. I never did have a butt and he did transfer fat to my butt which did look big on top but sagged on the bottom.
After 4 years of dieting and exercising, the bottom of my butt sagged terribly. My waist widen, I had fat pockets on my abs and my hips were uneventful shaped. Nobody ever believed I have had work done. Even my family don’t even see it. If you want the natural look, go to him. But I wanted the Kylie Jenner look. I have had to wear all types of shapewears to enhance my curves and to mask the sagging butt. I look good in dresses but a hot mess in jeans/pants. I went back to see him. He asked if I was African and I said I was Haitian. He said I had “stubborn” Haitian fat. He proceeded to show me one of his clients who is an IG model. He told me that this particular model was earning money with her physique in Dubai so he was confident of his work. Then recommended he revised my BBL. His office offered a $500 discount off the revision.
For bedside manners only, I would return to him. I cannot lie, he truly is a nice man!!
However, I do not think I should pay someone to fix a mistake they made. I still cringe when I look at my uneven hips and sagging butt.

Moral of the story, be vocal to your surgeon about what you really want. 11k is a down payment on a house. And the thought of paying for a revision, I’m livid. I could have purchased my 6th property with that money.
