Mixed feelings - love my backside but my lower stomach is uneven

I went to APS and had a skinny bbl done with hd lipo. I am now 2 months post op and have mixed reviews. I love my backside now (my butt looks good). However, my lower stomach is uneven. There’s not as much definition as I thought there would be, and so I am sad about my stomach results. I feel for the amount I paid I should be absolutely in love with my results.

I also didn’t like his bedside manner. He didn’t even remember my name and kept referring to me as the “skinny patient.”
